Jade gasped while Arthur parted his lips, staring at his aunt in disbelief.
Despite being a magus who couldn't possibly mishear, he still rubbed his ears, worried that sothing was wrong.

Compared to the forests around Vera, it looked much bigger even from inside the city.
The trees on the outskirts of the forest alone were taller than the average building in the city.
Isabel ordered Jade to park the car in the courtyard of an old house that seed to be empty.

They then crossed the next road into the forest.
After arriving in the forest, Isabel took out her cell phone and opened a folder.
This was a protected forest, there were basically no roads, so there shouldn't be anything on the map.
However, the map on Isabel's cell phone had a route that had a sign of a building at the end.
"This is the route Grayson made and that building is where he developed his powers," Isabel said, showing Arthur her phone screen.
Grayson himself was the Deputy Chief of Staff.
As Arthur stared at his phone, Isabel continued, "we're not going to that building, just here and camp not far from that point."
She pointed at the center of the Route. "Later, when Grayson passes by, we'll ambush him here."
Her eyes also looked at Rose and the others, who were staring at the map from behind.
Since this was Isabel's plan, so she took the lead.
The others nodded after hearing her explanation.
"Let's go!" She then waved her hand, jumping onto a tree branch, followed by Rose and then the rcenaries.
Jade, on the other hand, was still standing. She stared at the branch where Isabel landed with narrowed eyes. It was about 8 ters high, which was of course very tall.
