People opened their mouths again after hearing Amanda's words, especially William and Old Gordon, they looked at each other with strange expressions, like they didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
Old Gordon had told Parker that Amanda bought 100 branches of aloes from his company, so he also knew.

Police Chief Vera's na was Jimmy. Actually, he wasn't really Erick's uncle, but he was quite close to his father plus it was his father who helped him reach his current position.
"Oh Erick, is there sothing?" asked Jimmy.
"I need you to co to Pluto Street, No. 12," Erick replied.
"There's sothing I want you to investigate. It's also good for yourself. If it works, we can get unlimited profits."
"Really?" Jimmy was surprised but sounded excited.
From inside the store, Arthur could see Erick who was on the phone, but he just looked at him indifferently.
His eyes then moved to the side, looking at Anna who approached him and Isabel after buying a single agarwood.
"We et again, Isabel," she said to Isabel.
After that, she glanced at Arthur, smiled and winked without Isabel noticing.
The latter could not smile given the fact that she told Arthur her past, so she showed obvious displeasure as she looked at her.
Seeing that, Anna was confused as she hadn't really thought about it.
She also didn't know that Arthur told his aunt.
"What's wrong, Isabel, why are you looking at like that?" Anna asked, tilting her head slightly.
"Don't pretend!" Isabel's eyes grew colder as she replied.
Anna who had spontaneously looked at Arthur suddenly rembered that and ended up smiling wryly.
She knew Isabel, so she knew that she wasn't the kind who would get angry for no reason.
"Co on, Isabel, I said it by accident," she said with a soft laugh.
She seed to want to apologize, but because of her smile and laughter, Isabel snorted coldly in response.

Suddenly her hand moved, grabbing Anna's waist.
The latter thought she was going to pinch her, but unexpectedly, Isabel only touched her waist for a mont before withdrawing her hand again.
This confused Anna, but soon her eyes opened wide.
"Wh-what's going on?" Her waist beca lopsided as she felt an intense sting.

In the end, she fell until her face almost hit the floor.
Luckily she was fine, just looking shocked.
People looked at her in confusion, wondering what had happened while she looked at Isabel.
"What have you done to ?" she asked.
Jade who was not far from them narrowed her eyes. At first glance, she felt sothing strange, but wasn't sure what it was.
She could not feel it clearly actually because Isabel did not release her power from her body. She only gathered her lightning inside her fingers so that the bodies of others who ca into contact with her fingers would be like being electrocuted with low strength.
Of course, Isabel didn't answer Anna's question, she was staring in another direction because there was currently another one approaching them.
It was the mayor.
His eyes looked at Isabel and the closer he got to her, the wider his smile beca. One could tell that she was very happy now, like a child who could finally see his favorite toy.
Seeing the man approach Isabel, Anna forgot about the previous incident. She stood up, smoothing her dress, before laughing softly once again.
