rlin, the person in question, was casually strolling through the various tunnels in the Shi Clan, killing any small group he ca across, and hiding his presence and avoiding groups that were too large.

It was not that h could not kill them all, but it would take too long, and word of his whereabouts would be leaked to the higher-ups of the Shi clan, which he naturally wished to avoid.

Along the way, he had also picked up a certain ppeice of news. Apparently, a decade ago, the Shi clan had been attacked by a Drake, as the Dwarves called the fake-dragons, from the surface. A majority of their force had been whipped out, leaving behind only the few elderly, and the young ones, who only barely survived after seeking protection from the other clans.

When it ca to external threats, the Dwarven empire would naturally put up a united front, successfully slaying that drake, and using its body to produce even more drake-killing weapons.

However, the fact still remained, that hiding underground was clearly not as safe as he had thought it to be. The underground was essentially a glass house, providing shelter from the rain, but when soone threw a rock at it, it would crumble to the ground, leaving you fully exposed.

However, rlin's plans were not changed in the slightest by this. All he had to do was to continue to kill the enemies until he beca Tier 5, and then kill the drakes.

For now, he decided to take a break for once, since the enemy seed to be very cautious of his existence, and mainly defending and patrolling, without actually attacking.

Furthermore, even in the previous castle he had attacked, the commander was almost a peak Tier 4, nearing level 5!

That battle was much harder than he had expected, and he had to even use a few skills in order to gain victory. Therefore, he was no longer at his peak in terms of stats. However, he had also gained a level from that massacre, reaching Level 2!

'I will need to wipe out most of the Shi clan to reach Tier 5' was a prediction rlin had made, and Cortana had backed it up with her own calculations.

Although they were still unable to contact Earth, Cortana was an independent existence, that was naturally linked to her parent existence; Philip. Therefore, she naturally did not have any problems in working despite them being disconnected.

In the Du Clan, Dulir and Little Du; the clan leader of the Du clan, were reading the reports from their spies.

"He is more efficient that I thought he would be." Said Dulir in mild surprise.

"However, he will not be able to sustain sothing like this for long. We need to engage our forces as well to pull their attention away from him." Said Little Du.

"That is right. We need to create a diversion so he can deal them a blow right at their heart." Dulir concurred.

"Then let us mobilise the troops. Dumi, prepare the main army for prolonged battle. We will fight till the end, even if that outsiders betrays us." Little Du said while talking to the air.

As thought the air could hear him, a small part of it began moving, opened the door, left the room, and closed the door.

This was one of Little Du's closest aids, as well as the strongest combatant within the Du clan, who almost never left Little Du's side. He was a person that even rlin had not discovered when he had t Little Du.

Most definitely, he was a peak Tier 4, who was incredibly close to Tier 5. Not just that, he possessed skills that allowed him to completely vanish from the perception of anything, a skill that allowed him to essentially beco nothing.

Naturally, such a skill would make him the enemy of all peak existences at Tier 4, since he could just casually walk up to their back, and using his own peak Tier 4 power, kill them off in a single blow, before vanishing once more. He was, what you could consider the greatest assassin within Tier 4, one that no one knew even existed!
