Chapter 1696: Chapter 1590: Into the Water
Song Yun can sotis be a beast, but other tis he’s very principled.
Take now, for instance, Song Yun didn’t plan to have anything happen with Chen ngjie tonight. After all, they just confird their relationship, and going straight to the next base, no matter how much Chen ngjie likes you, can’t withstand such rapid developnt.
So the night passed quite uneventfully, except Song Yun and Chen ngjie could rightfully sleep in the sa bed, taking a little advantage.
Early the next morning, Li Baoshi called Song Yun. Song Yun got up and dressed, looking at Chen ngjie who buried her head under the covers, afraid to show her face and smiled, "Baoshi said we’re going snorkeling today, are you going?"
"Of course!" Chen ngjie responded crisply but didn’t plan to get out of bed, she reached her hand towards Song Yun with a silly smile, "Hug ."
"You, you..." Song Yun shook his head and scooped her up from the bed in a princess carry, "Do you want
to help you get dressed?"
"No, no, you go out quickly, I’ll be ready in a mont," Chen ngjie wasn’t open to the point of letting Song Yun watch her get dressed.
After so playful banter, they had breakfast and were driven by ng Ku to the beach Li Baoshi ntioned.
"Song Yun, you’re really slow, I’ve been waiting a long ti," Li Baoshi greeted Song Yun with a hug and whispered, "You’re impressive to have tad that widow, I’m in awe."
"So, does the widow have so background?"
"No, but she’s just hard to deal with, when she goes crazy... even I’ve got to give her a wide berth," Li Baoshi released Song Yun, rubbed his nose and chuckled, "Anyway, congrats on sorting things out. Let’s enjoy ourselves today, you and ngjie go change your clothes first, I’ll wait here."
After changing clothes, Song Yun and Li Baoshi took one electric scooter, while Chen ngjie and Li Baoshi’s lady companion took another, and along with so bodyguards, they arrived at another beach.
This was a more enchanting coastline than the previous one, the sea water exuded a deep blue color, looking quite alluring.
They strolled and chatted, Song Yun gazing at the ocean asked, "Are we snorkeling here?"
"Yes, the corals here are wonderful, we’ll be going down to see the reefs, there’ll be a professional instructor leading us!"
"Is it safe?" Song Yun inquired, "No sharks around, right?"
"None, definitely none, there’s a shark net set up outside this sea area, preventing sharks from coming in!" Li Baoshi said, "Many people co snorkeling here every year, and no sharks have been encountered, it’s absolutely safe."
"That’s good to hear!"
"Don’t worry, my snorkeling instructor is from Thailand, very professional. Oh, speak of the devil, there’s the one who’s leading us snorkeling," Li Baoshi pointed forward, and Song Yun took a closer look, seeing a muscular, dark-skinned man appear before them.
"Hello Mr. Li," the man spoke fluent Chinese.
"Hello Abu, this is Mr. Song," Li Baoshi introduced.
"Hello Mr. Song, I saw you on TV two days ago," Abu said, "I admire your skills greatly, you’re impressive."
"No, I’m just average," Song Yun shook hands and laughed.
"Shall we head into the water now? The temperature is perfect, it’ll be hot later," Abu asked.
"Sure," Li Baoshi nodded, and the bodyguards began arranging.
In no ti, everyone boarded a small yacht.
The snorkeling destination was approximately three kiloters southwest of the coastline, and it didn’t take long for everyone to arrive.
"I’ve explained what to watch out for when snorkeling, just rember those things and there’s no need to worry about an accident. Of course, snorkeling is a relaxed and enjoyable activity, no need to feel anxious. If tense, you won’t be able to capture good photos with your cara!" Abu said with a smile.
Then a range of oxygen tanks and breathing devices were brought on board. These were small oxygen tanks that could sustain roughly an hour, ample ti for amateurs. Everyone would dive in simultaneously and surface in about forty minutes. If there’s a desire for more fun, another round is possible; it’s generally safe.
Song Yun adeptly donned the oxygen tank. He had used such equipnt during overseas missions, though it was top-notch gear then, sustaining him underwater for three to four hours easily. Song Yun recalled once he stayed underwater for over three hours waiting for a target, realizing oxygen is crucial in such endeavors, but preventing loss of body heat is equally important.
"ngjie, you’re okay, right?" Song Yun asked with concern.
"I’m fine!" Chen ngjie replied, "It’s just snorkeling, I’ve done it before."
"Alright, just stay by my side when heading down!" Song Yun instructed.
"Got it, Brother Song Yun, I’m not a kid anymore!" Chen ngjie said, fitting her respirator.
"Let’s go into the water!" Abu gestured to everyone, first diving in, followed by all the n, then the won, just like dumplings dropping into the sea, everyone jumped in.
Following the instructor, Song Yun’s group gradually swam towards the seabed.
anwhile, a few kiloters outside the coastline, a small boat was moored, with several people lounging under the sun, fishing rods beside them, lines cast into the sea, appearing like they’re fishing, while underwater a few individuals were busy with sothing.
Suddenly, several people in black diving suits erged from underwater.
"Was it cut?" a man in yellow shorts on the boat asked.
"Yes, it’s cut! A large opening has been made!" replied the one in black diving gear.
"Alright, start pouring," instructed the man in yellow shorts.
"Got it!" Those nearby acknowledged and hauled a barrel from the cabin. It was filled with fish, all dead, along with fish blood, looking quite disgusting.
"Pour it in," ordered the man in yellow shorts.
"Okay!" They emptied the fish and blood into the sea, then climbed back onto the boat via a small ladder on its side.
"What do you think this will lure?" one of them asked.
"I don’t know, let’s see," answered another.
The small boat drifted quietly on the water, no one spoke, maintaining a strange silence.
Not long after, in the distance, a massive figure appeared beneath the water’s surface.
"Holy crap, it actually ca!" the man in yellow shorts exclaid with surprise, then pulled out a phone and made a call.
"You can start over there!"
Next to Song Yun’s yacht, another fishing boat was anchored, with a young man relaxing on the deck soaking up the sun. Suddenly, his phone rang; he answered the call and glanced towards Song Yun’s yacht about a hundred ters away, then grabbed an identical barrel from the cabin filled with fish and blood, waiting for an opportune mont with no one watching, he tossed the whole barrel into the sea, before lying back on deck to sunbathe again.
