Chapter 1667: Chapter 1561: Qi Transfer

"Do you often catch colds?" Song Yun asked as he poured hot water to dissolve the dicine powder for Chen ngjie.

"Yes." Chen ngjie nodded, watching Song Yun busily taking care of her, her heart felt warm.

"How co?" Song Yun held the prepared dicine in his hand, took so more dicine, and walked over to Chen ngjie.

"I don’t know either, my health wasn’t great since I was a kid, so catching colds and fevers is common." Chen ngjie reached out to take the cup, but Song Yun said, "The water is hot, let

blow on it for you."

Watching Song Yun blow on the cup repeatedly, Chen ngjie felt as if she was about to lt. She’d already fallen for Song Yun at first sight, and now seeing him being so gentle and caring, she felt she was about to beco lovestruck. Luckily, the cold and fever helped lessen the excitent in her heart.

"Maybe you’re lacking in nutrition." Song Yun said while blowing on the cup and gently held Chen ngjie’s wrist. After a mont, he said, "Your pulse shows that you have a weak constitution, poor spleen, and your pulse is light and floating, which are symptoms of insufficient Inner Qi."

"Inner Qi?" Chen ngjie looked at Song Yun curiously.

"To put it simply, it’s your life energy." Song Yun, unsure how to explain Inner Qi, casually made a comparison.

"Oh!" Chen ngjie nodded and asked, "What should I do then?"

"Nourish yourself. Tomorrow, I’ll get so herbs for you. Your body needs traditional dicine to recuperate, at least to ensure your life energy isn’t depleted." Song Yun said as he handed the dicine to Chen ngjie.

"Thank you." Chen ngjie thanked him and took the dicine along with the dicinal soup.

"When I have a cold, I just sleep it off." Chen ngjie said.

"Yes, get so rest." Song Yun said, though his face showed a hesitant expression.

"What’s wrong?" Chen ngjie asked.

"I have a thod to help you regulate your Inner Qi." Song Yun said.

"Oh? How would you do that?" Even though Chen ngjie was feeling unwell, she was eager to talk to Song Yun.

"I can infuse you with Qi, essentially making your Inner Qi more full." Song Yun explained.

"How do you do that?" Chen ngjie was a bit confused by Song Yun’s words.

"It’s... Well, I need to infuse it directly from your Dantian. Because your body is weak right now, mainly because your Dantian is empty, lacking Inner Qi." Song Yun explained.

"Oh? How do you do that?" Chen ngjie asked.

"Just lie down, and I’ll infuse you with Qi. Of course, I’ll use my hands, and I assure you, I have absolutely no other intentions!" Song Yun said earnestly.

Chen ngjie was stunned for a mont but then understood. The Dantian is about three inches below the navel, quite close to a very private area, no wonder Song Yun looked embarrassed and felt the need to assure her!

"You... give it a try." Normally, Chen ngjie wouldn’t let a man do this to her, but now most of her heart was attached to Song Yun. After so hesitation, she agreed.

Song Yun didn’t expect Chen ngjie to agree so readily, ntally noting that his thoughts weren’t pure and that she didn’t think about anything untoward!

After a bit of self-criticism, Song Yun said to Chen ngjie, "Let’s do it on the floor."

"On the floor?" Chen ngjie looked at Song Yun, puzzled.

"This way you can connect with the earth, you wouldn’t understand even if I explained, but it helps." Song Yun said, grabbing a blanket from the side and laying it on the floor.

Chen ngjie sheepishly got up from the bed and walked over to the blanket.

"Lie down, face up, arms straight out, palms facing down towards the ground, legs slightly apart, about sixty degrees." Song Yun instructed.

Chen ngjie followed Song Yun’s instructions and got into position. Song Yun knelt on both knees and said to Chen ngjie, "In a mont, your Dantian will feel warm, but don’t be alard, it’s just part of the treatnt!"

"Okay!" Chen ngjie nodded.

Song Yun took a deep breath. This thod of infusing Qi was taught to him by Qingluan. Its main purpose is to help build the Foundation Establishnt. Although it sounds mystical, it’s essentially a human-assisted Qi infusion. This Qi infusion isn’t like in movies where powerful people infuse decades of True Qi into their disciples or children, making them incredibly strong. In reality, this infusion rely enriches your Inner Qi, but it won’t beco your own Inner Qi and will eventually leave your body along with your breath.

Does that an this Qi is useless?

Actually, it’s not completely useless. This Qi is useful in that it enhances physical condition, though it’s a simple enhancent and won’t turn you into a Super Saiyan. Generally, people wouldn’t use this thod to enhance physical condition because Inner Qi is very precious. However, Song Yun has an abundance of Inner Qi, so he can afford this extravagant thod to infuse Qi into others.

Song Yun gathered his Inner Qi in his hands and gently pressed it onto Chen ngjie’s Dantian.

The area around Chen ngjie’s Dantian was very soft, but not fat, and felt very comfortable to touch.

Song Yun’s attention wasn’t on this. This was his first ti infusing Qi into soone, so he was quite nervous.

Song Yun’s Inner Qi was gathered in his hands, but to his surprise, his Qi couldn’t enter Chen ngjie’s body.

This was due to Song Yun’s lack of understanding. Every person’s body has an invisible energy field, like a protective shield, preventing harmful things from entering. When Song Yun’s Qi touched this energy field, it instinctively repelled. If it was any other area, like the hands, it would be easy to penetrate, but the Dantian is a crucial part of the body, so the energy field’s defense there is exceptionally strong, preventing Song Yun’s Qi from entering.

It was the first ti Song Yun encountered a situation where he couldn’t enter a woman’s energy field!
