Chapter 92: Bitter reality and fights

"He won’t admit it, he’s the one with a lot of money... He must be using any to clear his na, including paying Clara!" exclaid Samuel, pointing at Damian.

Jerry smirked. "You can’t twist the facts! You’re the one who paid her... You gave her a lot of money so she could leave Carson City after that night. That’s why you didn’t have much money left when Valerie needed help. You only gave her a little money to go to Arizona, then asked for my help to give her a little money for a new apartnt..."

"Jerry..." Samuel narrowed his eyes at Jerry. "You know I’m not rich, I haven’t had much savings because I’ve been helping my family’s economy... That’s why I couldn’t help Valerie much... You don’t need to make up stories if you want to support Damian to get her back... Don’t be a liar!"

"You’re the liar here!" Clara exclaid.

"Shut up!" Samuel pointed at Clara with wide eyes. "You’re like a whore, no one will believe you, you even betrayed your friend... How can we trust you? Your honesty can be bought with money, and you can manipulate it all!" he continued firmly.

Clara shook her head imdiately. "I’m telling the truth... You don’t need to deny it anymore. It’s over, I can’t keep our secret anymore, and I can’t support you anymore... I realize everything I did was wrong and will only cause suffering for Valerie and Damian, and their son too!" she said firmly, her eyes also welling up with what seed like genuine remorse.

Samuel turned his face away and shook his head, sneering. "You’re truly a perfect liar... You’re a traitor, and traitors are never honest... you’re a slut, I know it. You’re used to being a sugar baby, you seduce any man regardless of whether they have a partner... And you succeeded in doing that to Damian because I had no part in it at all!"

"Samuel!" Clara exclaid, then sighed, trying to regain control. "I helped you trap Damian again because I cared about you as a friend... But this is what you say? This is your response to ? Insults ... Slander, as if you forget my sacrifices for you?"

"Nonsense!" Samuel stood up imdiately. "You better leave now, I’m sick of seeing you!" He walked away from the sofa but Damian imdiately blocked his path.

"You can’t go!" Damian shouted.

Samuel stared at Damian, who was so close to him. "What? Do you want to continue this drama? I won’t be trapped... I know you’ve paid Clara to give false testimony so you can hate

and love

again!"

"She’s not lying!" Damian grabbed Samuel’s black t-shirt. "You’re the liar here, you use every ans to separate

and Valerie, you bastard!" He punched Samuel in the nose.

Valerie imdiately turned her face away, not wanting to see the fight, as if she was already fed up.

"You fucking bastard!" Samuel exclaid, wiping his bleeding nose and glaring at Damian with anger.

"Samuel!" Jerry stood up, then threw a paper at Samuel’s face. "That’s the evidence of the transfer you made to Clara... You can’t deny it now!"

Samuel just remained silent, looking at the paper on the floor.

Valerie imdiately got up from the sofa and picked up the paper, seeing that it contained printed screenshots of Samuel’s conversation with Clara, complete with the image of the transfer made on the date she fled to Arizona. Her hands trembled, suddenly furious, realizing that all of this was indeed arranged by Samuel.

"Valerie... This is a lie!" Samuel exclaid.

Valerie looked at Samuel with eyes filled with hatred, regret, and disgust.

"You bastard!" She couldn’t help but slap the man. "I considered you my friend... How could you do this? You knew Damian and I were waiting for that happy day... Why did you ruin it just because you wanted

without wanting to admit it from the start?"

Samuel fell silent, seemingly unable to respond to Valerie anymore and unable to deny his lies anymore.

"How could you do this when you’re also his friend?" Valerie asked with her unbearable tears. "You..." She couldn’t speak anymore, turning away from Samuel and imdiately facing Clara.

"Valerie..." Clara approached Valerie sadly.

"You’re also my friend... How could you do this?" Valerie asked weakly, pushing Clara away from her and imdiately sitting next to Daniel, who was still asleep. "I’m so broken... You both shattered my world that day... And my baby..." She looked at Daniel, then bowed her head and hugged him.

"I’m so sorry..." Clara knelt before Valerie, shattered to see her crying while the others just remained silent, stunned by Valerie’s sorrow.

Samuel imdiately approached Valerie.

"Valerie, I’m indeed wrong for planning all of this... But at that ti, I didn’t put anything in Damian’s drink. So, consciously, he did flirt with Clara... He’s not faithful, he just can’t keep his love for you... He..."

"Shut up!" Damian interrupted Samuel and imdiately pulled him and punched him.

Samuel fell to the floor, near Jerry.

"You can’t justify your evil plan!" Damian exclaid angrily. "Wrong is still wrong, you’re evil, cunning, traitorous, and I won’t let you ruin our relationship again!" he continued angrily, approaching Samuel and grabbing his clothes, pulling him to stand, and hitting him.

Samuel didn’t stay silent, imdiately hitting back at Damian and pushing him until he leaned against the wall and grabbed his clothes.

"You... You can’t be a faithful man, how can you bla ? If you weren’t a jerk and loved Valerie, you wouldn’t be seduced by anyone!" he shouted with wide eyes, imdiately punching Damian and pushing him until he fell to the floor. "You bastard, actually you never deserved Valerie... You couldn’t keep yourself just for her... I’m evil, I’m cunning, but I can be more faithful than you... I can’t be trapped by anyone, I won’t be seduced by any girl because I will only love Valerie!" he shouted, pointing at Damian.

Damian got up, then wiped the blood from the corner of his lips.

"You want to find justification for your loyalty while you have faults," he said, then shook his head. "Maybe I can’t keep myself and my loyalty, but my love for Valerie also never fades and I also know that she only loves , even though we have a baby... We should always be together, and you don’t realize that because you want to separate us... Even though you know our baby needs us!" he continued, pointing at Valerie who was crying while hugging Daniel who was waking up.

Everyone looked at Valerie.

"Look, you say you’re good for her, better than , and love her, but what did you do? You made her suffer. Those tears are because of you, and I lost many monts with my baby because of you... My baby isn’t happy like other babies because of you, because of your selfishness!" Damian exclaid with emotions rising again and imdiately approached Samuel. "I’ll break your neck, damn you!"

"Enough!" Valerie shouted.
