".....?!!!"

Dracula’s eyes widened to an almost painful degree, his breath catching in his throat. Before him stretched a seemingly endless horde of undead and skeletons, a macabre army stretching as far as the eye could see. Each carried a crude weapon, their movents jerky and unnatural. So of the undead were in advanced stages of decay, their rotting flesh peeling away in grueso strips. Even the guards who stood watch at the entrance lay in crumpled heaps, their faces frozen in expressions of unimaginable terror.

’I am but a mid-Supre Level super-soldier.’ Dracula thought, a chilling realization dawning within him. ’Compared to the leader, who exudes the power of an Upper-level Transcendent... we are nothing.’ He glanced nervously over his shoulder at the dark figure.

’My only question... why did this entity spare ? Why save the remnants of the Golden Organization?’ He shook his head, unable to fathom the true motives of the figure.

His gaze drifted back to the three colossal skeletal beasts.

’These three... all in the sky stage, each radiating a combat strength of Lv12... why the delay? Our combined might seems sufficient to conquer the world.’

The figure’s unseen eyes remained fixed intently on Leon, a silent intensity radiating from its shrouded form.

’To you, Christopher Valhalla is the primary threat,’ the figure thought, its internal monologue a cold, calculating whisper.

’But to ... those five are the true obstacles. I must grow stronger, and swiftly locate my true beasts. Then... then this world will drown in a sea of blood.’

[Next Day.]

[9:37 Am.]

[Cordelia’s Hospital... VIP room.]

"Are you absolutely certain about this!" Danzig demanded, his voice tight with fury as he glared at Gabi, who lay propped up against the pillows in her hospital bed, a grimace of pain etched on her face.

"Would I be languishing in this wretched state if I were fabricating such a tale?!" Gabi hissed back, her voice still weak but laced with indignant anger.

BAM!!

Danzig slamd his open palm onto the bedside table, the sudden impact making the water in a nearby glass pitcher ripple violently. His face was flushed a furious red.

"The Golden Organization! They dared to pilfer our beast tokens! And not only that, they launched an attack in broad daylight! Here, in Cordelia!"

He spat the words out as if they were venom.

"Mark my words, the mont I am discharged from this infernal place, I will mobilize every single one of my forces. I will hunt down every last Golden Organization hideout within Cordelia’s borders and burn them all to the ground!" Gabi hissed.

"Yes! Although we don’t usually agree on sothings, we must stand united in this! They dared to infiltrate my very ho! They will pay dearly for this transgression!" Danzig said.

A calm, almost dismissive voice cut through the rising tide of their fury:

"You two are rather amusing."

Gabi and Danzig both turned their heads sharply towards Alex, who sat with an air of detached composure on a plush sofa in the corner of the VIP room.

"What do you an by that, Master Alex?" Danzig asked, his anger montarily tempered by confusion.

"Look at Gabi," Alex said, gesturing languidly towards the injured woman:

"The individual who attacked her wasn’t even their leader, and yet she was soundly defeated. She only clings to life thanks to the potent restorative pill I provided. And you two... you seriously intend to confront them head-on? What happens when you stumble upon the sa individual in one of their so-called hideouts?"

"Then what precisely are you suggesting we do, Master Alex?" Gabi asked, her voice tinged with a hint of impatience.

"Leave this to the Tar Enterprise," Alex stated flatly. "They possess the resources and the manpower to deal with these vermin efficiently."

"Master Alex... Your words... they carry a certain... hesitancy. Are you perhaps... fearful of the Golden Organization? Or... dare I suggest... are you in league with them?"

"Who dares utter such an accusation!" Alex shot to his feet, his calm deanor shattering, his head snapping towards the doorway.

Squeak!

The door swung inward, revealing Miguel standing in the fra, his hands casually tucked into the pockets of his expensive jacket.

Behind him stood four imposing figures, each radiating an aura of formidable power – All Legendary level tars, their gazes sharp and unwavering.

"You?"

"The head of the C gang?"

"What in the world is he doing here?"

A wave of stunned disbelief washed over the three in the room.

"Am I mistaken?" Miguel asked, his voice smooth and laced with a hint of amusent. He stepped into the room, his eyes sweeping over the injured Gabi and the enraged Danzig, then on Alex.

"The governnt bestowed upon you five the esteed titles of Master Tars of the North, South, East, and West. They even elevated Leon to the position of Supre Tar, all in recognition of your... contributions during the monster raids."

He continued to advance, stopping a re foot away from Alex, his gaze unwavering:

"Your influence, your so-called power, it barely extends beyond the borders of Cordelia. You are rely Master level tars. There are countless individuals out there who could extinguish your lives with a single, casual attack."

He lowered his voice to a near whisper, his words carrying a sharp sting.

"To the C gang... you are nothing more than self-important individuals who delude themselves into believing they wield true power. Had it been the late Supre Tar, I would offer so respect. But you? You are all bark and no bite."

"You insolent—!!!!"

Alex’s face contorted in a mask of fury. Raw energy began to coalesce around him, his muscles tensing as he prepared to unleash a devastating blow. But before his fist could fly, a voice, calm yet undeniably authoritative, echoed through the room, freezing him mid-motion.

"I wouldn’t do that if I were you, Alex."

’That voice?!’

A wave of icy dread washed over Alex. His face paled visibly as his head snapped towards the doorway.

Gabi and Danzig also turned their attention to the entrance, their initial shock giving way to a palpable tension. The four Legendary level tars flanking Miguel swiftly moved aside, creating a clear path.

Tap. Tap. Tap!

The rhythmic sound of footsteps echoed in the sudden silence as a figure with long, flowing purple hair and piercing violet eyes stepped into the VIP room. An aura of quiet power radiated from her, commanding attention without uttering a single word.

’Ph... Ph... Phoenix!! The third placeholder on the international ranking board?! What in the deepest abyss is she doing here?!’

Alex’s mind reeled in stunned disbelief, his arm slowly lowering as if an invisible force compelled it.

’She... she stopped . Does this an the C gang... Is she a mber of the C gang? No... The C gang is affiliated with C , the largest, most influential business empire in all five countries! Is she... is she working directly for the founder of C ?!’

A cold sweat broke out on his forehead. He instinctively took a step backward, a primal fear gripping his heart.

"Alex..." Phoenix said, her lips curving into a smile that didn’t quite reach her eyes.

"You wouldn’t dare lay a hand on my subordinate, would you?"

Alex gritted his teeth, his gaze fixed on the formidable lady before him. He swallowed hard and shook his head.

"It... it was a misunderstanding. A mistake."

"A mistake?"

Whoosh!

Phoenix vanished from her spot with impossible speed, reappearing in front of Alex in the blink of an eye. Her hand shot out, wrapping around his throat with surprising strength, effortlessly lifting him off the ground. His feet dangled uselessly, his breath caught in his constricted airway.

"Know your place." She said, her voice deceptively soft but carrying an undercurrent of steel:

"You have already forged a... cooperative agreent with us. If you ever consider such a foolish display again, forget the agreent. Focus on your life."

She dropped him on the ground.

Cough!

Alex coughed, rubbing his throat: "Yes." He answered with clenched fist.

’Just you wait... I only partnered with you because of the other masters, and Leon... I can’t face them alone, but after I get the position of the Supre, or enter the Supre Level... I will show you!’ He thought.

"Now."

Phoenix turned to Gabi with a smile, like nothing had happened just a mont ago:

"Tell everything." She instructed.
