Superpower students’ competition has a higher security coefficient than ordinary students’.

According to convention, whenever superpower students compete, all teachers and students on the stadium stands must vacate, leaving only a few referees.

These referees all co from other schools and are superpower teachers with absolute impartiality.

But this year, the organizing committee surprisingly opened the viewing rights, allowing ordinary students from participating schools to sit in the gymnasium to watch the superpower students’ competition.

However, the competition venue now has ten agents from the special departnt of the Security Bureau, all wearing masks and uniforms.

They are grouped in twos and threes, responsible for each direction of the gymnasium, preventing the two superpower students inside from losing control and threatening the ordinary people in the stands.

As the competition indicator light turned on, a loud whistle echoed throughout the gymnasium.

Then on the green lawn surrounded by the rubber track, Yao ng took the lead in attacking, the temperature in the air dropping sharply, making it feel chilling.

A transparent layer of ice suddenly ford on the green lawn, rapidly spreading towards her opponent’s feet.

The ordinary teachers and students in the stands stood up excitedly, all leaning over the second-tier railing of the stands, watching the soccer field intently.

Everyone’s eyes were wide open, full of curiosity and excitent.

For most ordinary people, being able to watch superpower users fight from such a close distance is like a dream.

No flashy moves, no cringe-worthy shouting like in ani, and definitely no colorful beams like in intergalactic wars.

Only the most common actions: running, jumping, dodging, shooting, and the suddenly changing soccer field, just like ordinary people.

Yao ng’s opponent has the Wood Elent Ability, and when Yao ng launched her attack first, he imdiately activated the wooden branch in his hand, quickly lengthened and thickened it, throwing it under his feet, jumping on top to break free from the ice’s grip.

Yao ng was already past the halfway line with the ball, aiming to shoot, but was abruptly stopped by a vine suddenly erging like a green snake, pulling the ball back forcefully.

Yao ng swiftly opened her palm, creating a thick Ice Pillar rapidly and threw it toward the soccer ball.

The rapidly approaching soccer ball changed direction again, heading straight for the goal.

The Wood Elent Ability student hurriedly jumped, blocking the soccer ball with his body, the wooden branch under his feet quickly sliding back two or three ters, showing how much strength Yao ng had just exerted.

Yao ng sighed regretfully, ready to find another opportunity to attack.

At this mont—

The referee suddenly blew a whistle, signaling the change in offensive and defensive positions.

Yao ng was near the opponent’s goal at this point, very far from her own goal, quickly turned around and ran back.

But the Wood Elent Ability student had already kicked the soccer ball with force while quickly running, controlling the vine in his hand to rapidly lengthen, charging in the air to hit the soccer ball.

Yao ng gritted her teeth to accelerate, gathering egg-sized Ice Balls around her, forcefully shooting at the vine.

Both sides were going all out in using their superpowers, leaving the audience dazzled, feeling their brains and eyes can no longer keep pace with their speed.

Without having seen clearly what was conjured, the direction of the soccer ball was changed.

The audience was anxiously watching, eager for a live comntary to tell them what was happening.

In such a tense atmosphere where the details were hard to see, the Wood Elent Ability student first scored a goal.

Following the referee’s whistle, he was adjudged that his score was valid.

Yao ng panted heavily, glaring viciously at her opponent, her fine hair dampened by sweat, forming strands sticking to her face.

The palm resting on her knee trembled slightly.

A lively cheer and applause erupted from the stands.

"Go, Second Middle School!"

"Second Middle School is aweso!"

While on Anhe Middle School’s side, after a mont of silence, ca a sudden and loud cheer: "Go Anhe! Go ng ng! Charge forward—!"

The sound was so loud it was almost distorted.

Yao ng heard it, glanced at the stands, and raised her thumb, indicating she heard it.

Seeing Yao ng’s response, the stands of Anhe Middle School beca even more lively.

Bai Xiaotang and Ma Weiwei pulled out a piece of red cloth from sowhere, with long poles that could be raised on both sides, each holding a pole.

Instantly becoming the most noticeable presence in the venue.

A line of large text was printed on the cloth.

[Brave ng ng is not afraid of difficulties! Charge forward, YYDS!]

Everyone: ...

At this point, most of the competition ti had already passed; Yao ng, trailing by one point, adopted a strategy of quick victory.

Becoming the attacker, she directly charged towards the opponent’s goal, the Ice Pillar in her hand morphing into sharp Ice Spike, slicing away at the vine blocking her path.

Enduring the pain of being lashed twice by the vine, she finally broke through the Wood Elent Ability student’s defense, shooting the ball into the goal.

This reckless attack, the Wood Elent Ability student had never before seen Yao ng execute.

Both were of the sa age, their superpower levels similar, representing their schools in competitions each year.

They’re quite familiar with each other’s personalities and superpower capabilities.

Previously, Yao ng would never make such a "hurting the enemy a thousand tis, suffering eight hundred herself" move in a competition.

Besides, both have Control Abilities, there’s no need to engage in close physical combat like those power and speed superpower users.

The Wood Elent Ability student couldn’t understand for a mont, standing in so surprise.

Seeing this, Yao ng seized the opportunity to attack again, but unfortunately, the opponent reacted swiftly, blocking the ball.

The two fell back into a tug-of-war over the soccer ball.

With three minutes left in the match, Yao ng’s physical strength was exhausted, only able to use the most primitive thod to guard the goal tightly, resisting the opponent’s final wave of fierce attacks.

Although the opponent was stronger than her, he too had reached his limit, unable to use his superpower.

Yao ng could barely use her body to block the incoming soccer ball each ti.

No matter how hard each kick was, she wouldn’t retreat half a step.

The opponent was frustrated, "Yao ng, playing like this, aren’t you afraid you won’t be able to participate in the next match?"

"I’m not afraid. Even if I forfeit the next match, they’ll make sure Anhe Middle School wins."

"You..."

The opponent felt angry and puzzled, but didn’t let up on his kick, using all his strength to kick out the last ball.

The soccer ball, like a small cannonball, charged towards Yao ng’s chest as if to destroy everything.

"Oh my gosh..."

"Yao ng—"

"Toot———"

The screeching sound accompanies the end-of-match whistle simultaneously.

The scene on the field seed to have hit a mute button; Yao ng’s slender body curled into a shrimp-like shape, blood spewing out, staining the white mask red.

The whole person slid back more than a ter, collapsing heavily on the ground at the edge of the goal line.

Yet, the soccer ball remained firmly pressed beneath her.

"Oh my, a draw..."

"Is that superpower user okay?"

"She seems to be seriously injured..."

...

The audience stands erupted into an uproar, Anhe Middle School’s students had already leaped over the second-floor railing, rushing out of the seats.

"Yao ng—"

Security Bureau agents reacted quickly too, imdiately blocking You Le and Wang Hao, who ca charging first, but couldn’t stop a faster silhouette.

Almost at the mont the whistle blew.

Soone from Anhe Middle School had already dashed onto the field.

Agents turned pale, until they saw the identity of the person, hurriedly stopping.

Ji Ning’s sudden appearance startled the referees and the Wood Elent Ability student.

"Who are you?"

"Don’t touch her!"
