In the stairwell, Yan Huan’s hand reached toward Spencer’s head, casting a shadow over her terrified face.

“Mm…”

Seeing this, she quickly shut her eyes in fear, like an ostrich burying its head in the sand, not daring to see what Yan Huan would do next.

“……”

The next second, however, Yan Huan’s hand stopped in front of her.

This girl—wasn’t this usually the mont she’d pull so ninja move?

Why was she just standing still today?

With her face flushed and eyes shut tight, Spencer waited and waited, but Yan Huan’s touch never ca. Dazed, her head even leaned slightly in his direction on instinct.

When she was t with nothing, she suddenly snapped back to reality, swallowed hard, and opened her eyes to look at Yan Huan.

Yan Huan slightly withdrew his hand, pulling his rationality back from his thinly veiled anger, and peered at the seemingly unwell Spencer through the gaps between his fingers.

Who the hell remapped Spencer’s controls?

Was this really the sa overpowered wrecking ball?

“…Are you feeling unwell?”

After a brief silence, he asked.

“Mm…”

Hearing his voice, Spencer’s dazed expression instantly turned fierce.

She gritted her teeth, glared at Yan Huan, and stubbornly retorted,

“No… no way… ha… ha… Just… just tired from that elective class earlier… ha…”

“……”

But Yan Huan rely maintained his position, looking down at her.

His calm gaze felt as if he could see right through her, making her incredibly uncomfortable.

Yet, despite how unnerving his stare was, everywhere his eyes landed seed to itch and burn, as if his gaze had beco sothing tangible, leaving her feeling both ticklish and tornted.

Unable to bear it any longer, she bit her lip and snapped at him,

“What are you staring at…?”

Yan Huan was silent for a long mont before suddenly breaking into a smile—one that, to Spencer, looked absolutely terrifying.

“Didn’t you promise

five chances to prove you’re better than Ying Gong? I’ve got ti now, so let’s go.”

Hearing this, Spencer clenched her teeth, turned her head slightly, and let out a cold snort.

“Today… ha… today I’ll let you off for now… you damn bottom-feeder…”

But her words, strung together with ragged breaths, sounded more bluster than threat.

What she hadn’t expected, though, was that the next second, Yan Huan’s large hand suddenly landed on her head, ruffling her fluffy hair roughly.

“You had your chance, but you blew it.”

“Awoo!”

Getting her head ssed with like that, Spencer growled and imdiately lunged to bite his hand.

But Yan Huan easily pulled away, leaving her teeth snapping together with a sharp click.

He glanced at his narrowly-escaped hand in mild surprise and asked,

“…Are you part dog?”

“You damn bottom-feeder! Attacking

when I’m not feeling well! Just you wait—when I’m better, I’ll—”

“Smack!”

Just as Spencer was about to spit another string of threats, Yan Huan’s smile suddenly vanished.

Then, with a swift motion, he grabbed her cheeks, cutting off her words instantly.

“Mm!”

Instinctively, she raised her right hand to fight back, but before she could, Yan Huan suddenly leaned in, his expression completely blank.

At this distance, his breath landed directly on her face.

“Ha…”

His breath, carrying his scent, seeped into her senses like a narcotic, clouding her mind until it turned blank. Even the strength in her raised hand drained away, and it fell limply to the floor.

“…Are you ready to admit you’re not feeling well now?”

“Mm…”

Her eyes still burned with defiance, but her voice had softened into sothing as light and fluffy as cotton candy.

She tried to struggle slightly, but Yan Huan only tightened his grip on her cheeks.

“And another thing—at school, call

‘President.’ Keep calling

‘bottom-feeder’ and see what happens.”

“Bot—”

Still being stubborn?

Fine. Spencer was a lost cause anyway.

Even now, when she was clearly miserable, she was still trying to run her mouth.

Didn’t matter what Yan Huan was about to do—no way she was losing in terms of attitude…

Alright then, since that’s the case…

“…We already agreed that our fights don’t involve anyone else. You really thought it was a good idea to have An Le help you at noon? I haven’t even settled that with you yet…”

Yan Huan’s grip on her cheeks tightened further, but Spencer, even in her haze, had a massive question mark pop up in her mind.

An Le helped ?

Wasn’t I the one helping her, huh?

And all I did was touch you once—what, even that’s a problem?

Still, hearing Yan Huan say, “You really thought that through,” made her feel a little proud, despite her state.

“Bot—ow ow ow ow!”

Before she could finish calling him that familiar nickna, his grip on her cheeks suddenly tightened.

Spencer yelped in pain and instinctively bit down on the base of his thumb.

But for so reason, she couldn’t muster any strength at all.

Not only did she fail to hurt Yan Huan, but it actually seed to stimulate him sohow—her bite, soft and weak, felt more like a kitten’s lick.

Looking down, Yan Huan saw Spencer staring up at him with misty, defiant eyes.

That look sent an electric current straight from the spot she bit him all the way to his lower abdon.

In an instant, that area ignited like a burning battlefield.

“Hiss!”

ow-chan, look at what you’ve done!!

What the hell kind of attribute point did you add?!

Yan Huan’s pupils contracted slightly, his expression darkened, and with a heavy smack, he landed a firm slap on Spencer’s back.

“Smack!”

Spencer, usually so tough, suddenly seed like she’d been stripped of her armor. Her eyes widened in shock, and she imdiately tried to curse at Yan Huan,

“Bot—”

“Smack!”

Before she could get the word out, another slap ca down.

“Mm…”

Spencer clutched her back, instinctively recoiling from the pain, shifting from kneeling to half-lying down.

She whimpered, and a faint glimr of tears seeped from the corners of her eyes.

Strangely, however, the flush on her face didn’t fade—it deepened. Her breathing grew more rapid.

Yan Huan clicked his tongue, wiping his thumb where she had bitten him. His expression darkened as he looked down at the retreating Spencer, his gaze oppressive.

“I just told you—what do you call

at school?”

“You… you… don’t co any closer!”

“Fine, go ahead—keep calling

‘bottom-feeder.’ Let’s see what’s tougher, your mouth or your body…”

“I…”

Yan Huan raised his hand again, and the mont he did, Spencer squeezed her eyes shut and blurted out,

“I was wrong! P-President!”

“……”

The hand that had been about to strike froze midair, hovering above Spencer’s head. She had one hand on her head and the other on her back, protecting herself.

Never thought I’d see the day.

The almighty, tyrannical Spencer—reduced to this. For so unknown reason, she had no strength left to resist, completely at his rcy…

Whoever was responsible for this—good job.

“That’s more like it. Didn’t your family teach you any manners? Gotta rely on outsiders for that, huh?”

“……”

Weirdly, Spencer didn’t respond—her breathing only grew more labored.

Then, in the next mont, she barely managed to lift her head. Her face was completely flushed, eyes hazy.

“Yan…”

Yan Huan hesitated slightly. Just as she was about to say sothing, her whole body suddenly went limp, collapsing right into his arms.

Thump… thump…

Her head rested against his shoulder. With the closeness, he could faintly hear her ragged breathing and the rapid pounding of her heart.

“Ha… ha…”

After a mont of contemplation, Yan Huan slowly lifted his arms, pulling her into an embrace.

“…Her body temperature is so high?”

He muttered to himself.

On his shoulder, ow-chan silently materialized, giving Spencer a once-over before speaking.

“She looks strange, ow—not like she’s just sick.”

“Agreed.”

Yan Huan adjusted his hold, supporting Spencer’s limp body as he stood up. The movent caused a thin strand of saliva to trail from her lips onto his shoulder.

“ow.”

“…Tsk.”

ow-chan tilted her head and pointed it out. Seeing it, Yan Huan imdiately recoiled, moving Spencer’s head farther away from himself in disgust.

He gave her a slight shake, but when she didn’t respond, he let out a sigh.

Looking toward the campus bathed in the setting sun, his expression turned sour.

“I guess I’ll take her to the infirmary… Tsk, if I don’t have to, I really don’t wanna go there…”

“Yan Huan, are you afraid of getting sick, ow?”

Holding Spencer up, Yan Huan pulled an unimpressed face and didn’t bother explaining. He simply said,

“…Not exactly. You’ll understand when we get there, ow-chan.”

“ow?”

“Excuse , Ye—huh, not here?”

Yan Huan pushed open the unlocked door, revealing a spacious room.

A large dicine cabinet lined one wall, filled with various dical supplies and equipnt. Directly opposite the entrance was a half-open window. On either side of the window, white curtains surrounded beds designated for male and female students to rest in.

Seeing that the room was empty, Yan Huan let out a deep breath, his tensed muscles finally relaxing.

“Good, good…”

On his shoulder, ow-chan sounded puzzled.

“So, who exactly is so scary here, ow? You seem relieved that no one’s inside…”

Yan Huan’s face stiffened for a mont. Supporting Spencer, he started moving toward the “female patient” section while explaining to ow-chan in his head.

“The school nurse here is soone nad Ye Lina. Long story short—she’s terrifying. Stay away from her, or you’ll regret it.”

As if recalling sothing particularly dreadful, Yan Huan visibly shuddered.

“But didn’t you bring Spencer here specifically to see the nurse? If she’s not around, what’s the point, ow?”

“…Ye Lina doesn’t actually treat people much. Minor injuries? Slap so iodine on and get back to class. Internal injuries? No matter how serious, she just calls your parents to pick you up.”

Yan Huan pulled aside the white curtain with “Female” written in red, revealing three neatly arranged hospital beds.

Then, without ceremony, he dumped the dazed and limp Spencer onto one, wiped the sweat from his forehead, and continued,

“Anyway, Ye Lina’s office has all the ergency contact info for the school. The student council only has access to their registered emails—they don’t give us anything else.”

Stretching his body, Yan Huan turned his gaze toward the cluttered office desk.

Just as he was about to go look for the phone directory to call Spencer’s family…

A small, warm hand suddenly grabbed his wrist.

His forward motion halted slightly. Both he and ow-chan turned their heads in surprise—only to see Spencer, lying on her side on the bed, her expression dazed.

She wasn’t even looking at him, yet her hand clutched his wrist tightly.

At the sa ti, she mumbled, her voice trembling with what sounded like suppressed tears.

“…Don’t… don’t go…”

Yan Huan took a deep breath and held up a finger.

“Let go. I’m counting to three—three, two, one, got it?”

His sudden words seed to catch Spencer’s attention. She still held onto his hand, but her hazy head lifted slightly to look at him.

For a brief mont, their eyes t.

Then, right in front of him, the unfocused look in her eyes gradually softened.

A single tear slid slowly down from the corner of her eye. But she remained still, just staring at him, wide-eyed and pleading.

Then, in a voice both timid and small, she repeated,

“…Don’t go…”

Yan Huan turned away, expression unreadable.

He tried to pry her fingers off with both hands.

But then, in the next second, Spencer—like an abandoned kitten—whimpered in a childlike voice,

“Don’t go… Mom…”

Yan Huan froze for a split second.

He looked down at her, lying on her side, quietly crying, her tear-filled eyes staring right through him, as if she were seeing her mother.

But the mont of silence didn’t last long.

Yan Huan’s expression instantly darkened. He struggled even harder to pull free, snapping,

“I’m your dad!”

Spencer panicked as she felt Yan Huan struggling to pull away.

Panting, she dumbly watched his wrist slip inch by inch from her grasp and shook her head.

“Sup… supplent…”

“Spencer, let g—”

Her breathing grew heavier, her heartbeat quickened, and then, as if summoning so primal force, her weak and limp body suddenly tensed.

“No!!”

The next second, she squeezed her eyes shut and yanked him toward her like a sulking child.

And at that mont, Yan Huan was struck by a long-buried mory—

The fear of being overpowered by that entity known as ‘Niu Niu’!

“ow!”

In an instant, Yan Huan found himself completely powerless against her pull. He was dragged onto the bed, and as he was yanked away, ow-chan, still perched on his shoulder, was sent flying.

The tiny feline flailed its limbs midair before tumbling to the floor. anwhile, Yan Huan landed on the soft bed—

With Spencer on top of him.

His eyes widened as he looked up at Spencer, who had locked onto his wrist and was now gazing down at him from above.

She gave him an innocent, childlike smile, reached out, and smoothed out the wrinkles on his clothes—pressing her hands over his stomach and chest in the process.

Then, she tilted her head in confusion.

“…Did you… shrink?”

SHRINK MY ASS!!

Yan Huan’s face imdiately darkened.

Before he could curse her out, Spencer obediently nestled against his chest, clutching his shirt with a pitiful look.

“When are you coming to Linn to see …?”

“……”

ow-chan leapt gracefully onto the bedside, strolling along the edge, taking in every single detail of this disastrous scene.

Yan Huan wasn’t short by any ans, but Spencer was a tall Xizhou girl. Yet, here she was, curling up against him like a spoiled child, making her feel even heavier, even… more overwhelming.

The scent of so kind of sea-breeze-scented body wash wafted off her, filling the air, seeping into the sheets, making Yan Huan’s breath hitch involuntarily.

The problem was, the more he inhaled her scent, the heavier his breathing beca. And the heavier his breathing, the more he had to inhale…

A complete closed loop!!

“Sp… Spen… cer…”

His arms, spread out beside him, twitched as veins bulged under his skin. He was this close to losing it.

But before he could react further, sothing even weirder happened—

Even though Spencer’s mind was clearly clouded, her long golden hair suddenly perked up, as if receiving so kind of signal.

And then—it started glowing.

At that mont, Yan Huan suddenly rembered—

Bai Yi was still waiting for him at the milk tea shop.

They had made plans—plans to drink milk tea together, to discuss the upcoming weekend’s MV shoot…

And now?

Now, he was being clung to by this golden-haired Spencer, hidden away behind the infirmary curtain in Yuanyue, pressed against her…

In that instant, a flood of emotions surged through his mind—

Guilt toward Bai Yi.

The thrill of this secret, forbidden closeness.

Images of Bai Yi, radiant on stage, flashed through his thoughts. If she looked that dazzling then, she would surely shine even brighter in a well-prepared MV shoot.

His affection for Bai Yi increased.

But physically… he had no choice but to admit…

Spencer clinging to him like this felt… really, really comfortable.

Even though his mind resisted, his body was making its own decisions.

Yan Huan took a deep breath, looking down at the dazed, unaware Spencer.

Right now, she didn’t know anything. Bai Yi didn’t know anything.

No one knew.

Heaven knew, Earth knew, they knew—but no one else.

Would it really hurt to indulge himself for just a little while?

As he slowly reached out, intending to wrap his arms around Spencer’s alluringly soft figure—

A faint murmur drifted from her lips.

“…I don’t want to stay in Linn anymore… I don’t want to stay in Linn with AI…”

AI?

Hearing those words, Yan Huan’s consciousness snapped back to reality.

Like a drowning man suddenly surfacing for air, he tore himself away from the depths of "Adultery Purgatory" and jerked awake.

He blinked.

It took him several seconds to realize—he had completely fallen into Spencer’s Modifier.

He had actually… started convincing himself.

Not good. He needed to get her off him—fast.

Even when unconscious, this girl’s Modifier could activate on its own?!

“ow-chan—”

Just as he was about to call out, the white curtain beside them suddenly lifted slightly—

Revealing a petite figure standing at the entrance.

A girl even smaller than Ying Gong Tong.

She wore a miniature-sized white lab coat and had golden locks, her features delicate, like a handcrafted luxury doll.

In her hands, she held a book completely censored with mosaics, as if she had just finished reading it.

And the mont she pulled back the curtain, what she saw was—

Yan Huan and Spencer, disheveled, tangled up on the bed.

“…Mommy… no… don’t…”

“……”

Hearing Spencer’s soft, whimpering murmur, Yan Huan froze.

Then, his expression instantly darkened.

Because—he already knew what was about to happen.

He turned his gaze toward the golden-haired doll-like girl.

“Ye—”

Before he could finish, the girl raised a hand to silence him.

Then, shaking her head, she spoke in a clear, sweet voice.

“Hold on, I’ll go get a baby bottle for you.”

“No, Ms. Ye Lina, I—”

“Sigh, I get it.”

The so-called “Ms. Ye Lina” shook her head, looking at him with complete understanding.

“After all, kids grow fast. Big appetites. I totally get it.

“Hold on, I’ll grab a bottle right now—our newly minted Daddy Yan Huan, Student Council President~”

At those words, Yan Huan nearly leaped out of bed to beat the crap out of her.

But Spencer’s weight was still pressing down on him, so all he could do was watch in horror as Ye Lina happily bounced over to her desk.

What he didn’t notice, however, was that on Ye Lina’s cluttered office desk, a golden lion emblem lay face-down, gently rocking—

As if it had only just been removed a mont ago.

“…Hmm, where did I put it again… Ah, this is a condom—don’t need that. This is lube—don’t need that either…”

As Ye Lina rummaged through her ss, her tiny hand casually swiped the golden lion emblem, slipping it into her pocket.

Then, turning around with a bright smile, she raised an object triumphantly.

“Found it! This is it! Co on, President Yan, let’s try it out—”

“TRY YOUR ASS—JUST GET

OUT OF HERE, MS. YE LINA!!”
