But, not wanting to worry Elly, she put on a forced smile, suppressing the agony in her heart.
Elly showed Helen the ssage from Adam, and upon reading its content, Helen’s brows also knitted together slightly.

Without asking, both knew that Adam’s so-called rcy in asking about Helen’s condition was obviously at soone else’s request.

After Helen fell asleep, Elly stepped out of the ward and then sent a text back to Adam.

It took a good half-hour before his wife finally replied to the ssage.
The mont the notification sounded, Harry’s movents were even quicker than Adam’s, as he imdiately took Adam’s phone to check it.
Seeing the content of the ssage, Harry instantly went silent.
And Adam Jones, who was beside him, naturally saw his wife’s reply and took his phone back straight away.
