The glass he held was slamd forcefully onto the table, and since he used too much strength, the glass shattered, and the blood-like red wine flowed down between his fingers.
Glass shards deeply embedded into the flesh of his fingers, and blood, mixed with the crimson liquid, dripped down drop by drop.
Harry Hall looked at his increasingly bloodshot eyes and knew he was not having an easy ti.
