The Ainley Clan really lost face this ti.

So people, eager to curry favor with Harry Hall and the Smith Family, spoke up without them needing to say a word—

"Miss Ainley has truly broadened my horizons; I didn’t know you could snatch soone’s husband while their wife is amnesiac."

Once soone spoke, countless others chid in. Jason Ainley was so furious his face turned blue and slapped Clarke Ainley across the face.

"Disgraceful, from now on, stay at ho and stop embarrassing us."

Saying this, he stord out, but Harry Hall stopped him, "Mr. Ainley."

Jason paused, turning to look at Harry Hall with a hint of ingratiation on his face.

"CEO Hall, about this matter..."

"It’s not about this matter."

Harry Hall interrupted Jason Ainley directly, "It’s about the incident last year when my wife was stabbed by that ntally ill person. I’m sure Mr. Ainley has heard of it."

At his words, Clarke Ainley’s already bloodless face turned even paler, almost fainting.

Jason’s heart tightened, and the muscles at the corners of his mouth twitched hard, "CEO Hall, you an..."

"You should go back and ask Miss Ainley about it. In a few days, I’ll hand over the evidence I have to the police, and by then, Mr. Ainley will know how Miss Ainley instigated a ntally ill person to kill my wife."

Harry Hall’s words shocked everyone into gasps.

Jason’s vision darkened, and he stumbled so hard he nearly fell.

"CEO... CEO Hall, this can’t be said lightly..."

Harry Hall smirked, "Whether it’s said lightly, you’ll know when you ask Miss Ainley."

Jason Ainley still clung to a sliver of hope, but when he turned to see his daughter trembling even more violently, he realized Harry Hall wasn’t accusing her wrongly. Out of breath, he really fainted.

Helen lendy never expected her birthday party would escalate this much, nor did the other guests anticipate hearing such an explosive secret.

Apart from them, Thomas Smith and Olivia Smith, who were not invited to the party and were "keeping each other warm" in the hotel, had no idea they missed such a thrilling drama.

They let the hotel arrange a sumptuous birthday al, with fine wine and a selection of exquisite dishes prepared by top chefs.

Olivia looked at the impeccably dressed and exceptionally handso Thomas, her cheeks blushing slightly.

She poured half a glass of wine for both herself and Thomas, then downed half of hers in one go.

Drinking too fast, she started coughing uncontrollably.

"Drink slowly."

Thomas got up and went to her side, gently patting her back.

Olivia looked up at him, her eyes misty from the coughing, adding to her allure.

In this quietly intimate setting, Thomas’s heart started racing.

They looked into each other’s eyes in silence for a long ti, even the surrounding air seed to quiet down.

After a mont, it was Olivia who first broke the intimate atmosphere, speaking, "Brother."

Her low voice, tinged with a husky softness, made Thomas shiver, nervously averting his gaze with slight embarrassnt.

Olivia pretended not to notice Thomas’s awkwardness, poured herself another glass, and handed it to Thomas, saying:

"Brother, thank you for celebrating my birthday with tonight."
