"Just so you know, I’ve already set it up with our Jack Campbell first."
When heading to the parking lot to get the car, a figure suddenly caught Helen lendy’s eye, halting her steps abruptly.
Her gaze fell on that person.
Elly Campbell noticed her sudden stop, glanced over, and asked,
"What’s wrong?"
Noticing her gaze fixed in a certain direction, Elly followed it and looked over.
When she saw who it was, her brow furrowed sharply.
"Helen?"
Helen lendy snapped back to reality, her gaze still glued to that person, and she asked,
"Elly, have you seen that person before?"
Elly hesitated for a mont, nodding, "I have, her na is Clarke Ainley, Leanne Richards once tried very hard to have Harry Hall marry her."
But to her recollection, Helen shouldn’t have t Clarke Ainley, right?
The few tis Clarke Ainley visited the hospital, Helen was still in a coma, and after Harry Hall rejected her outright, Clarke Ainley never appeared again.
Even when the Ainley Clan attended Helen and Harry Hall’s wedding back then, only Jason Ainley and Lily Hill ca, Clarke Ainley did not show up.
Logically speaking, Helen shouldn’t have any impression of Clarke Ainley.
"Helen, have you seen her before?"
Helen lendy shook her head in confusion, that familiar pain once again ravaging her heart.
Pale-faced, she clutched Elly Campbell’s arm, her body swaying slightly.
She looked at Elly Campbell, lips trembling slightly, and began to speak,
"You said, Leanne Richards wanted Harry to marry her? Did they have a past?"
That familiar yet strange pain kept surging through Helen’s heart, making it hard for her to breathe, her tears uncontrollably welling up.
Elly Campbell was startled by Helen’s strong reaction, "Helen, what’s wrong with you?"
"Did they have a past?"
Helen lendy looked at Elly Campbell and asked the question again.
"Of course not, Harry Hall doesn’t even like Clarke Ainley, how could he have a past with her? It was just Leanne Richards wishfully matchmaking them, and Harry rejected her long ago."
Elly Campbell held Helen lendy’s hand, soothing her,
"Helen, don’t overthink it, you know better than anyone how Harry Hall treats you, can’t you feel it yourself?"
Helen lendy knew her reaction was a bit overboard, and she also didn’t know what was happening to her.
Her heart ached intensely, this feeling felt as if it had appeared countless tis in her dreams before.
"I’ve seen her before."
After Clarke Ainley’s car drove out of the garage, Helen lendy spoke in a hoarse voice.
"You’ve seen her? When?"
"There are so unfamiliar fragnts in my mind, not like a dream, it must have happened before my mory loss, I’ve seen her before."
Helen lendy spoke sowhat incoherently, but Elly understood.
Helen had seen Clarke Ainley before, and the mories Clarke Ainley brought must be very unpleasant, so much so that even though Helen has lost her mory now, she can still recall her upon seeing Clarke Ainley.
And it must have been sothing related to Harry Hall that caused her emotions to break down like this.
Elly furrowed her brow, she believed Harry Hall wouldn’t betray Helen.
There must be so misunderstanding involved.
She helped Helen lendy into the car, not in a hurry to drive off yet, but asked her seriously,
"Helen, tell , what have you rembered?"
