Leanne Richards was both angry and resentful.

In this world, is there anyone who has failed more miserably as a mother than she has?

Her son doesn’t listen to her, and now she can’t even discipline her daughter-in-law.

Why! Why!

Harry wasn’t like this before. Although he wasn’t close to her before, he never treated her like this.

It’s all because of that bitch Helen lendy. Ever since that bitch started dating her son, her son has changed.

This cripple is nothing but trouble. Why did she have to wake up? It would have been better if she’d slept until she died.

Leanne Richards’ eyes filled with a sinister look, making her appear especially frightening.

Back in the room, she heard Helen lendy softly sigh.

Harry Hall sat next to her, with a hint of worry in his eyes. "What’s wrong?"

Helen lendy lifted her eyelids to look at him, sighed again, and said:

"I feel like if you were an ancient Emperor, I would be the legendary fem fatale."

At first, Harry Hall was stunned. The next second, she made him burst into laughter.

He reached out to cup her face, "Let take a look."

Then, with a teasing touch, he brushed his hand across her face, "Hmm, being this beautiful, you really have the potential to be that fem fatale."

"Get lost."

The couple played around for a while before Harry Hall rembered sothing important. Lying next to Helen lendy, he said to her:

"Honey, I have sothing that I need to personally go to New Horse to handle. I won’t be back for a couple of days."

Helen lendy, not being the dependent type, didn’t ask much after hearing this. She nodded, "Alright, are you going with Assistant Green?"

"No, I’m going by myself."

"By yourself?"

Helen lendy frowned, "Then be careful on the road. I heard it’s a bit chaotic over in New Horse."

Saying this, she paused again, and said, "Why not take a few bodyguards, or bring Assistant Green with you, just to have soone keeping an eye out."

After speaking, she saw Harry Hall smiling warmly at her, making her cheeks start heating up embarrassingly again.

"Why are you staring at again for no reason?"

Though her face was flushed red, she still put on a fierce look, glaring at Harry Hall fiercely. Even though this look lacked any intimidation, it was actually rather cute.

Harry Hall found it pleasing to the eyes, reached out, and placed his hand on her shoulder, pulling her gently towards him.

"Honey, you caring about makes very happy."

Helen lendy was taken aback, only realizing after a mont what he ant.

She directly gave him a playful eye-roll, saying:

"You’re my husband, isn’t it right for to care about you?"

Upon hearing this, Harry Hall smiled happily, holding her tighter in his embrace, saying:

"Yes, it is right. We promised to care for and support each other for a lifeti."

"Of course."

Helen lendy pouted, lifted her head from his embrace, and said:

"You, don’t get so easily touched all the ti. It’s not good to be so easily moved. What if you encounter a little enchantress outside who moves you? What would I do then?"

Harry Hall deepened the smile in his eyes, leaned down, and kissed her forehead, saying:

"Wife, you’re right, but no little enchantress outside can move ."

He reached out, took Helen lendy’s hand, and placed it over his heart, saying:

"This heart is small, and it can only hold one person."

Once again, Helen lendy was caught off guard by his flirtation, the blush that had just faded ca rushing back.

"Here we go again for no reason."
