But she couldn’t muster any dislike or even defensive feelings towards this person.
After hesitating for a while, she shared this thought with Elly Campbell.
Elly listened, a bit surprised. She knew that Helen wasn’t naive, nor would she intentionally try to build connections because of Edward Smith’s status.
So, since she expressed feeling close to Edward Smith, it must be true.

But she’s known Helen for almost ten years and has never heard her ntion the Smith Family.
Did Helen hide her relationship with the Smith Family, or did she think they were not important enough to ntion?
But if the Smith Family really wasn’t important to her, then why does she feel this closeness with Edward Smith?
Helen lendy couldn’t figure it out, and neither could Elly Campbell, so she joked:
"Could it be that you’re his long-lost sister?"
Helen burst into laughter at Elly Campbell’s words.
"How did you co up with such a lodramatic plot?"
"Isn’t that how it goes on TV?"
Elly joked.
"So you’re saying it’s possible that I’m the daughter of an aristocratic family, and if so, could I go over now and ask my brother for a few billion to convert into coins and throw them at Leanne Richards, that snobbish woman?"
After saying that, the two of them laughed heartily and didn’t take it seriously.
After joking around, Elly spoke seriously:
"But Helen, you’ve lost your past mories, and whether or not you really have a connection with Edward Smith is unknown, so you should be cautious about trusting him."
Saying that, she glanced toward Edward Smith, adding:
"What common topics could Edward Smith and Leanne Richards have to talk about so happily together?"
Helen lendy had thought about this too.
She wasn’t naive herself, and even if she felt a strange familiarity with Edward Smith, she wouldn’t trust him unconditionally.
"Don’t worry, even if he were my brother, I wouldn’t blindly trust him."
She said, taking Elly Campbell’s arm:
"Only sisters are worth my trust."
Her words successfully pleased Elly, "I love hearing that."
Even though Harry Hall held a grand wedding, he didn’t want Helen lendy to get too tired, so he took on most of the responsibilities himself.
As a result, Helen felt quite at ease throughout the wedding.
Until the end of the wedding, no one dared to co and disturb Helen.
Even Leanne Richards, who kept a long face throughout, tried to make everybody uncomfortable, started smiling after reaching a cooperation agreent with Edward Smith.
After the wedding, guests gradually started leaving.
Edward Smith approached the couple, first glancing at Helen lendy, then looking at Harry Hall, saying:
"I ca in a hurry today and didn’t prepare a wedding gift, so here’s a small gesture of mine. Please accept it."
Saying that, he handed a thin gold-embellished card to Harry Hall.
Harry looked down at it, a hint of surprise flashing in his eyes.
It was a global property certificate for the Smith Group, allowing the holder to choose any property from any developnt by the Smith Group worldwide.
This property is not restricted to villas, shops, apartnt buildings, and so on.
