Just as Tony Wilson predicted, everyone online is laughing hysterically.
— Turns out President Jones has such an adorable side, hahaha.
— I just got here, should I follow a process or just laugh directly?
— President Jones is really "eager to wed."
— CEO Campbell, hurry up and bring your lovely wife ho.
...
Standing next to Adam Jones, with her wedding veil not yet lifted, Elly Campbell, whose hand was always wrapped in Adam Jones’s palm, couldn’t help but burst into laughter upon hearing Adam’s urgency.
They’re an old married couple now, yet he acts like they just got married, look how flustered he is.
Adam Jones initially didn’t mind, but hearing his darling wife laughing so openly made him a bit embarrassed.
"Don’t laugh."
He lowered his voice and "warned" her.
Of course, this warning carried no nace, and Elly continued laughing through the veil.
Adam Jones was left sowhat embarrassed by the laughter.
Skipping procedures entirely, he directly lifted Elly’s veil, and amidst her bewildered gaze and the guests’ exclamations, he bent down and sealed her lips with his.
Tony Wilson: "..."
He felt a bit awkward as the officiant.
The ceremony concluded with Adam Jones’s rule-breaking act.
The guests continued to cheer, and Elly initially wasn’t embarrassed, but as the cheers grew louder, she started feeling a bit self-conscious.
From an angle unseen by others, she stealthily pinched Adam’s waist hard.
Only then did Adam reluctantly release Elly.
The rings were carried forward by their two handso sons.
William Campbell watched as dad placed the ring on mom’s finger, seeing his mom looking as beautiful as a fairy, couldn’t help but say:
"Mom, if dad doesn’t treat you well, you should divorce him. When William grows up, I’ll marry mom."
The childish voice elicited uproarious laughter from everyone present; no one minded William’s innocent remark.
Only the mighty CEO Jones moved his palm, resisting the urge to toss this little rascal out.
He patted William’s head and shouted to Samuel Wilson in the groomsn’s group:
"Take your son-in-law away."
Samuel scoffed good-naturedly.
Speaking as if his daughter is bound to marry his son.
While saying this, he hugged Laura Jones tightly.
He might not want the son-in-law, but he certainly reserves the daughter-in-law for his own little one.
This wedding, amid the blessings online and offline, from dostic and overseas folks, concluded.
Elly Campbell once dread of a grand wedding with Adam Jones; later, she gradually tucked away her dream of a grand wedding.
Eventually, under Adam’s unconditional love, she no longer held much attachnt and expectation toward the wedding, yet Adam gifted her such a globally noticed wedding.
She knew that this wedding was not just a testant to their marriage, but also a lifeti promise of his love for her henceforth.
"Wife, thank you for all the hard work."
Before the vast floor-to-ceiling windows, the starry night sky illuminated the serene darkness.
Adam Jones hugged Elly from behind, lightly kissing her cheek.
"Thank you for all your hard work, Mr. Jones."
Elly turned her head from his embrace to look at him, gazing into each other’s eyes, filled with endless happiness.
Then, Elly thought of sothing and said to Adam:
"Honey, how about we play a ga?"
"What ga?"
"Let’s gaze into each other’s eyes, whoever laughs first loses."
"Alright, is there any punishnt for losing?"
Adam wrapped his arms around Elly’s waist, his eyes gradually deepening.
Elly understood the aning in his eyes and, smiling, raised an eyebrow, "Tell only if you win."
"Alright, let’s start."
Their eyes t, but less than a minute later, both burst into laughter simultaneously.
"So bad, could only last that long."
Adam raised his hand and affectionately tapped her nose.
"Aren’t you the sa?"
Elly scoffed and pouted.
"I laughed because in your eyes, all I see is my face reflecting back."
Adam ceased his smile, suddenly turning serious and passionate.
Elly’s smile remained, but her eyes were full of a deeply resonant response, "I see the sa in yours."
Under the night sky, faint night lights enveloped the two deeply affectionate embraced figures.
"Mrs. Jones, please guide through the rest of our lives."
"Sure, Mr. Jones."
