Alice Baker’s words were abruptly interrupted by another voice, seemingly gentle but equally imposing, “Making unhappy?”
Alice Baker didn’t expect Tony Wilson to speak.

Tony Wilson subtly frowned.
He then looked over at Elly Campbell and Helen lendy, saying:
“What amusing thing did she say? I’d like to hear it too.”
Tony Wilson’s tone carried a hint of jest, indicating no intention to bla Elly Campbell and Helen lendy.
This left both Eliza Taylor and Alice Baker feeling sowhat disappointed and displeased.
“Does Mr. President really want to say it?”
Helen lendy asked with a smile.
“If you’re willing.”
Helen lendy glanced at Elly Campbell, then at Eliza Taylor and Alice Baker, tossing the question back to them, “Why not let Miss Baker tell it? She’s more skilled at this sort of thing.”
