Seeing Leo Hall approach, Edward Smith murmured a few words to the President before beckoning him aside.
Before Edward Smith could speak, Leo Hall asked hastily:

He wasn’t worried about any life-threatening danger; he just didn’t want this layer of identity to bring unnecessary trouble.

"We investigated, and your identity docunts were leaked from within, not hacked externally; they breached several layers of firewalls directly inside our group."

Leo Hall furrowed his brow, "X is an insider, or did soone inside the group give the data to X?"
"It’s still under investigation."
Edward Smith didn’t provide too detailed a response, just said:
"Rest assured, I’ll send soone to protect you; you won’t get into trouble."
Leo Hall knew that now it was already exposed; investigating who exposed it would only be closing the stable door after the horse has bolted, with no substantial benefit to him, so he didn’t pursue further questions.
"When are you returning to New Horse? You’ve been away a long ti."
Edward Smith sipped his champagne and asked.
"We’ll see. I’m busy detoxifying my sister-in-law recently."
Leo Hall replied casually, causing Edward Smith to raise an eyebrow in mild surprise.
"Your sister-in-law? Harry Hall’s wife?"
He looked Leo Hall up and down and said, "Wow, the young chap has co around? Isn’t Harry the brother you dislike the most?"
Leo Hall felt a bit uneasy under Edward Smith’s teasing.

Leo Hall snorted, suddenly thinking of sothing, "Enough about this, what’s that whiner Thomas Smith been up to lately?"
Thomas Smith was Edward Smith’s younger brother and a pharmacist at the Smith pharmaceutical company, second in position only to Leo Hall.
Leo Hall always looked down on Thomas Smith and never minced his words, even in front of Edward.
Given Thomas was his brother, Edward Smith couldn’t help but speak on his behalf after hearing Leo Hall speak of Thomas in such a manner:
"No matter what, Thomas is five or six years older than you and your assistant, can’t you speak a bit more kindly?"
