Elly Campbell saw that Helen lendy was uneasy and added, "Helen, you’ve been in a coma for over a year, muscle atrophy is quite normal, it’s nothing serious, don’t be afraid."

She held her hand and said:

"If you’re still worried, wait for the doctor to co, and you can ask him to see if what he says is the sa as what I’ve told you."

Helen lendy looked into Elly Campbell’s eyes, knowing she wasn’t lying to her and had no reason to, so she felt reassured.

Sure enough, a mont later, the doctor ca and said sothing similar to what Elly Campbell had, but Helen lendy still needed to undergo a rehabilitation assessnt to devise a plan based on her muscle atrophy condition.

The doctor’s answer was similar to Elly’s, which made Helen lendy feel even more at ease.

After the doctor left, she rembered that Harry Hall, who was supposed to have already left, had returned. When she fell, he rushed in imdiately. Thinking about it, even though he had left the ward initially, he hadn’t actually left the hospital.

Helen lendy’s emotions beca increasingly complicated.

Although Harry Hall made her feel uncomfortable in the room and she wanted him to leave again, thinking about his panic and tension when he rushed in, she found it impossible to drive him out again.

Elly Campbell knew Harry Hall had a lot he wanted to say to Helen lendy, and it wasn’t proper to occupy her, so she found an excuse to say goodbye.

Helen lendy wanted to ask Elly Campbell to stay, but upon hearing about her need to return to the company to handle important matters, she naturally felt it was inappropriate to delay her and could only watch her leave.

At this mont, only she and Harry Hall were left in the ward.

Compared to Harry Hall, Helen lendy felt very uncomfortable in front of him, especially when he looked at her, she didn’t even know what expression to make.

She could only give him a polite yet slightly awkward smile.

Seeing this unfamiliar and distant smile, Harry Hall’s smile faded a bit more. Suppressing the disappointnt in his heart, he spoke:

"Are you hungry? What would you like to eat? I’ll go buy it for you."

Although Helen lendy kept reminding herself that she had dated Harry Hall for nine years, reaching the stage of discussing marriage, and they must be very familiar.

She definitely could be carefree and act spoiled around him, naturally ordering him around, but faced with this cold face in her mory, Helen lendy found it impossible to act naturally.

Nevertheless, she answered Harry Hall’s question and ntioned a few dishes she liked.

Helen lendy’s tastes were similar to Elly Campbell’s, preferring strong flavors and loving spicy food, and the dishes she nad were not only spicy but also quite greasy, which made Harry Hall frown unconsciously.

At this mont, Helen lendy looked at Harry Hall with the admiration one has for a male idol, viewing him as a divine, untouchable heavenly figure.

So, when she told Harry Hall what she wanted to eat, she cautiously glanced at him, not missing the slight expression of concern on his face.

Helen lendy’s heart tightened, saying, "If it’s inconvenient, forget it."

Harry Hall heard the hint of apprehension in her voice, feeling both disappointed and distressed.

"It’s not inconvenient, it’s just that you haven’t eaten in over a year, and now you’ve just woken up, the doctor said you can only have bland food."

He explained patiently, choosing his words carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
