Adam Jones was never a patient man, especially when dealing with a woman with ulterior motives other than his wife, a woman who might have hard his wife. How could he have any patience for her?
Every bit of tolerance was forced upon him by the thought of his wife, who was still missing and whose life or death was unclear.
He stood up from the sofa and said:
"Rest for now, perhaps after a good rest, you might rember everything."
Standing in front of the sofa, he looked down at "Elly Campbell" who was seated, and said, seemingly thinking of sothing:
"I had an accident before and lost my mory. The President introduced to a psychological doctor, Dr. Grant, who helped recover my mory. I’ll arrange a ti with the President later and ask Dr. Grant for help. Maybe, you’ll recover your mory soon."
When "Elly Campbell" heard this, her originally feigned innocent face turned visibly pale upon hearing Adam Jones’s words.
"Hypno... hypnosis?"
Adam Jones nodded, his facial expression still calm and steady.
"Yes, hypnosis."
Adam Jones paused, then continued: "You have amnesia now and don’t know about Dr. Grant’s skills. It only took him a few hours to help recover my mory."
He leaned in a bit closer to her.
Despite still having that handso and eye-catching face, it now caused "Elly Campbell" utmost anxiety.
She had no experience with hypnosis and wasn’t aware of how extre it could be.
But she knew that many police psychological doctors would guide criminals or witnesses to recall events through hypnosis when dealing with special cases.
If she really were to undergo hypnosis with this Dr. Grant, she would be exposed very soon.
"What’s wrong? You look so unwell."
Adam Jones pretended to be ignorant as he asked.
"No... nothing, just didn’t expect there to be such miraculous things."
Adam Jones’s thin lips curled up slightly, with a hint of a barely noticeable coldness as he said:
"There are many things you haven’t thought of. Stay with longer, and you’ll know."
"Elly Campbell" felt a rush of panic at the mont, which prevented her from grasping the hidden aning in Adam Jones’s words.
She forced a smile from the corner of her mouth but couldn’t say a word.
Adam Jones didn’t wait for her to speak and walked out of the bedroom.
As soon as he ca out, his expression turned cold, and a chill suddenly ford in his eyes.
After Adam Jones had left, "Elly Campbell" finally ca back to her senses from the panic.
She appeared sowhat frightened.
She knew that if she cooperated with Adam Jones on the hypnosis, her cover would be blown instantly.
But if she refused to cooperate, Adam Jones would definitely be suspicious of her.
Originally, she only wanted to use this face to murder soone and fra Elly Campbell. Once Elly Campbell was arrested, she would stir up public opinion. Even with the Jones family backing Elly Campbell, if public furor escalated, jail was inevitable.
She wanted Elly Campbell to taste what it was like to be in prison.
But who would have thought that Elly Campbell’s biological father, Jas Campbell, would be foolish enough to drive her directly into the sea.

Because of this, she began to beco more active in her scheming again.
