Chapter 6

Fiona’s Pov

Imdiately I entered my room, I slamd the door shut and laid on my bed, the only thing I could think about was the guy I t earlier. I couldn’t get him off my mind, I didn’t even know his na but my body seed to react to the thought of him. My hands road round my body, I felt so aroused by a stranger I just t. My hands seed to move on it own as it did a circular rhythm round my panties

As I lay there on the bed, I could picture him, his piercing eyes, the way his shirt clung to his broad shoulders, the faint scent of his cologne flooded my thoughts, making my skin tingle with heat. I didn’t know his na, but my body sure as hell rembered every second of our brief encounter. My nipples hardened against the thin fabric of my top, begging for attention, while a Insistent ache built between my thighs.

My hands, driven by pure need, traced lazy paths over my curves. I slipped one under my shirt, cupping my breast and pinching the stiff peak, sending jolts of pleasure straight to my core. My other hand pressed firr against my panties, feeling my dampness soaking through. I rubbed in slow circles, the friction teasing my swollen clit through the cotton barrier. A soft moan escaped my lips as I imagined his strong fingers replacing mine, rough and demanding.

I arched my back, spreading my legs wider, the cool air of the room kissing my exposed skin. Hooking my fingers into the waistband, I tugged my panties down my hips, kicking them off to the floor. Now naked, my pussy throbbed openly, slick with arousal. I dipped a finger between my folds, gasping at how wet I was, circling my entrance before sliding Inside. It wasn’t nearly enough but the thought of him thrusting into , filling completely, made thrust faster. My thumb found my clit again, rubbing in tight, I felt a wave of heat build low in my belly.

What if he followed here? What if he burst through that door right now, pinning down and claiming what my body scread for? The fantasy pushed closer, my free hand clawing at the sheets as I fucked myself harder, chasing the release that only he could ignite for real.

I had never really masturbated but this one felt good.

Just then, a knock ca on the door.

"Yes"?

"I’m going to visit my friends, I might co back late" Mason said.

"Alright" I replied and could hear his footsteps slowly fade away.

I stood up and headed for the bathroom, I needed to clean myself up.

Not long after, I went downstairs and sat on the couch, I turned on the TV and realised I was literally all over the news. Like Wtf??? Every chanel I tuned to had my picture all over their screen. I never knew my dad could be this worried. He never showd this much concern when I was with him, I guess you only know the worth of soone after you loose them. I switched off the TV and went to the kitchen to heat up sothing nice for myself.

Deep down I was worried, if I kept showing on every screen as a missing person, my secret would be out, I might get fired from my job. Even worst Mason’s grandma could find out.

The following morning, I resud work, and as usual, everything was going smoothly. Just then, Adrian walked up to .

"There’s a custor at table three," he said. "He doesn’t want to take his order — he wants you. Be nice to him, he’s our biggest client."

I nodded nervously. Why would he want ?

"Hurry," Adrian urged, giving a look.

I adjusted my apron and walked towards table three. The mont I saw him, my heart skipped, it was the sa guy from last ti.

"Good morning, sir. What would you like to order?" I asked politely.

"Two cups of coffee," he replied, his eyes briefly eting mine. I quickly looked away, he was even more attractive than I rembered.

"Coming right up." I hurried to the counter, placed the order, and soon carried the tray back to his table.

"Here you go, sir. Anything else?"

"Sit," he said calmly.

"Pardon?"

"I’m asking you to sit. I want to talk to you."

"Um, I’m working right now, sir. I’m sorry, I can’t."

"It won’t take long." He removed his glasses, and I froze. His eyes were goddamn blue — like sothing out of a dream. He looked almost unreal.

I hesitated, then sat down, glancing around. My coworkers were staring. Great.

"I didn’t get the chance to talk to you last ti," he said. "And when you left, you left in a rush."

"Could you please go straight to the point?" I muttered. "I’m not supposed to be sitting here."

He smirked. "I like that... straightforward."

Then he leaned back, his voice was calm but confident. "My family is coming to town, and I told them I was engaged. I need you to pretend to be my fiancée. I’ll pay you $2,000 every two weeks until they leave."

I blinked. "Are you serious?"

"Completely. You just need to agree, sign a few papers, and we’re good."

"So you’re deceiving your family... with a random stranger?"

"If you put it that way." He replied.

"Oh my gosh, you’re insane!" I stood up, but his voice stopped .

"Fiona."

I froze. Slowly, I turned to face him. How did he know my real na?

"I know you ran away from ho," he said softly. "And I’m sure you have your reasons, the sa way I have mine. You ca to a strange town, changed your identity, started working as a server, when your family is... well to do."

He slid a business card across the table.

"Take my card. You might change your mind. And the second coffee..." he smiled faintly, "Is for you."

Without another word, he stood and left and I watched him go, speechless.

After my shift ended, the manger tipped more than usual and when I asked why, he said a custor was happy with my services... I didn’t have to ask, I knew it was him.

I walked ho, completely drained. My head was spinning — not just from work, but from him, I couldn’t stop thinking about his offer.

When I reached the apartnt, I noticed the lights were on. That was strange, Mason’s grandma never ca ho this early.

"Grandma?" I called softly, stepping inside.

She was sitting on the couch, just staring into thin air.

"You’re ho early," I said, forcing a smile. "Is everything okay?"

"How was your shift, Ivy? Or should I say... Fiona?"

The air seed to disappear from the room, My knees imdiately felt weak.

"I can explain..."

She stood up, clearly angry. "Explain what? That you lied to ? That you told you were an orphan? That you gave a fake na when your family’s been searching everywhere for you?"

I shook my head, tears burning my eyes. "It’s not like that! You don’t understand—"

"Oh, I understand plenty," she snapped. "You ca into my ho, pretending to be soone you’re not. Do you know how that makes feel? I trusted you, Fiona."

"I didn’t an to lie," I whispered. "After my mother passed away, everything fell apart. My stepmother treated like trash, and my father just stood there — he never defended . I had to leave. I had to."

For a mont, her expression softened but it went back to the sa angry face.

"I gave you a chance to tell the truth," she said quietly. "I asked you before if there was anything you were hiding, and you lied again."

She hesitated, then added coldly, "I already called your father. He’s on his way to pick you up."

"What?" My heart stopped. "Why would you do that?"

"I can’t keep covering for soone who deceives ," she said firmly.

"I don’t want to go back there" !!

I felt a rush of panic, and without thinking, I turned and ran out. I heard her calling my na, but I didn’t look back. I couldn’t. Never!!
