Imdiately Viktoria left Nathan’s office, Alex entered. He noticed the nervousness and bewildernt on his face Imdiately he walked in, he was clearly still recovering from what they both just experienced.
"Do you need to bring coffee for you sir?" He asked, his two hands behind his back.
"Cut the crap Alex, you didn’t co here to know if I needed coffee." Nathan said turning away from him in his chair. He stared at the city.
"Well, that was a bit shocking, wasn’t it? The employees are still talking about it. The employees are still talking about it." Alex said.
Nathan kept mute for a while—thinking. He wasn’t there when Fiona was buried but his family were, so how could this be possible?
Fiona wasn’t even pregnant, and even if she was—she was confird dead after the accident. So there was no way the child could have survived.
"Do you want to do a full investigation on her sir?" Alex asked, since Nathan wasn’t saying anything.
"No, Alex. She’s not Fiona."
"But, we don’t know for sure, sir. What if she is?" He asked.
Nathan turned in his chair again but to Alex this ti.
"Even if she is Alex, They’re partnering with us and it would be a breach of privacy to dig into her personal life." Nathan responded.
"....won’t you want to know sothing about the person you’re partnering with?" He asked in a witty manner.
"Except, this isn’t for the purpose of business Alex. And I’m sure we both know that."
"Anything you say, sir. You’re the boss." Alex replied.
"By the way, I forgot. Why did you send lilies to the cetery?" He asked, his facial expression now serious.
Alex blinked. "...uh, you ordered to send flowers sir."
"I know, I did! But Fiona doesn’t like lilies and you know better."
"I’m sorry sir. I forgot." He replied.
"Yeah, sure. You forgot. What if she got mad at the flowers? Which of course we wouldn’t know."
Alex stared at Nathan like he had gone nuts. "She can’t be mad sir, because she’s....." He trailed off.
Nathan paused, looking at him. "She’s what?"
’Dead?’ He said to himself.
"Never mind sir, but be rest assured she wouldn’t be mad." He continued. "Illorder for another one right away."
"I already bought another one for her, just don’t repeat that mistake next ti."
"Of course sir."
The door suddenly burst open.
"What’s she doing here?" Nathan and Alex asked at once.
"I’m sorry sir, I tried to stop her but she forced her way through." Amanda—Nathan’s newly hired secretary said at once.
He had specifically instructed her to to let the lady in at all cost, he even showed Amanda her picture so she wouldn’t make the mistake of letting her see him. Unless, he’ll fire her imdiately on the spot.
"Please, sir. Don’t fire . This is my only job." Amanda pleaded almost crying.
Nathan looked at the two ladies before waving his hand dismissively.
"You can go Amanda. I’ll handle it."
"Thank you sir. I promise you, it won’t happen again." She said quickly and gave the lady a stern look before walking out and closing the door.
"So, you instructed that little thing not to let see you. You let her humiliate publicly!"
"What do you want Natasha? Just incase you’re forgetting, the only reason you’re still walking freely is because I haven’t put you in jail yet."
She laughed like he just told a joke.
"Jail? ? Are you serious?" She said laughing.
"I won’t ask you again, Natasha. What do you want?"
Nathan asked.
She composed herself, then moved her gaze to Alex. "You, out!" She commanded.
Alex, didn’t move. "Last ti I checked, you’re not my boss...whore"
Natasha scoffed. "Are you nuts? Who are you calling a whore?" She turned her gaze to Nathan clearly upset.
"Nathan? Are you going to sit and watch him disrespect like that?"
Nathan smirked. "Oh, am I supposed to protect you now? Last ti I checked, you brought another’s man child as mine. So, Natasha... is he wrong?"
Natasha laughed again. "Oh, I see what’s going on here. You’re jealous and....hurt. poor baby" she pouted her mouth.
Nathan scoffed "How delusional are you Natasha? Anyway, I’m not surprised. You need help, fucking serious help." He said and adjusted his tie. "Say what you ca for and get the hell out. That’s your last chance. "
"Now, let remind you honey. Incase you might have forgotten sweetheart, we’re ant to be together and we will be." She continued
"I promise you that. And you want to know why sweetheart? Because we’re ant to! Even our na aligns perfectly...we’re a match made in heaven."
"Now, you listen good Natasha. I’d rather be six foot beside fiona than be alive and be with you." Nathan spat out. "Alex, call security."
Alex nodded and touched the device on his ear. "Security, copy. I need two n in the bosses office right now!"
Natasha frowned in disbelief. " Nathan!" She yelled, looking between him and Alex before pointing at Nathan. "You’ll regret this you hear ! You’ll regret this!"
***************
Natasha slamd the door to her apartnt, the sound echoing through the empty, over-decorated space. She stord into the living room, tossing her bag onto the couch with a force that sent it sliding to the floor.
"Unbelievable!" she hissed, pacing back and forth. Her hands were shaking—not from fear, but rage. Nathan’s words kept replaying in her head.
’I’d rather be six feet under next to Fiona than alive and stuck with you.’
She let out a bitter laugh, running a hand through her perfectly styled hair. "Six feet under? Oh, please, Nathan," she muttered to herself. "You’re still so obsessed with that dead woman, aren’t you? Fiona this, Fiona that. Even in death, she’s still ruining my life!"
Natasha grabbed the nearest object—a crystal vase—and threw it across the room. It shattered against the wall, shards scattering across the floor.
"Ungrateful bastard!" she scread. "I gave you everything! And you throw out like I’m nothing? Like I’m so... whore?"
Tears pricked the corners of her eyes, but she refused to let them fall.
"You’ll regret this," she whispered, her voice trembling with a mix of anger and despair. "You’ll regret ever crossing , Nathan Keith."
"Madam, what happened?" Jenn, asked running to her.
Natasha sank onto the couch, trying to catch her breath. For a mont, she sat there in silence, staring blankly at the shattered vase on the floor. Then, slowly, she closed her eyes.
"If I can’t have you," she murmured to herself, her voice low and dangerous, "then no one will."
"Madam?" Jenn called again.
"Lick Jenn, calm down." She commanded, still closing her eyes.
Jenn imdiately obeyed, she knelt in front of her and parted Natasha’s leg. She quickly raised her gown up and pulled put the g-string. Jenn was Natasha’s sex pet.
