“Rank 125 out of 2,000 plus players. No wonder Guild Leader Gentle Wind’s mber lost this miserably.” Iceheart comnted and turned to Fla Bird. “You best not underestimate your opponent when it’s your turn.”
“I understand, Guild Commander.” Fla Bird nodded and was determined to not show such an embarrassing feat.
“Let this be a lesson, Steelshot.” Gentle Wind warned him softly.
“I will do better, Guild Leader.” Steelshot clenched his fist and accepted this painful lesson to heart.
What they failed to notice was that Garrett’s face turned ashen white as he didn’t know if he should clarify the misunderstandings.
His predicant was quickly detected by Iceheart, who wondered if he was feeling sorry for their mbers.
As soone who preferred to be straightforward, Iceheart said, “There’s no need to feel bad about defeating soone in a spar. If my mber is up next, I hope that you can give it your all and not hold anything back.”
She was trying to console him on behalf of Gentle Wind as she didn’t think Gentle Wind was soone who would hold a grudge over this.
“You’re mistaken about sothing, Iceheart.” At this mont, Xu Feng didn’t want to make things difficult for his mber so he stepped up to intervene.
“The Training Hall is still considered a highly restricted place, so only 125 mbers of the Vanguard Guild were eligible to participate.” He explained.

As for SilentWhisper, she clenched her fist tightly. She knew that her outco would be the sa as Steelshot’s if she displayed a similar result against soone at the bottom percentile.
“Alright, you may return to training. The fee shall be waived since you agreed to the spar.” Xu Feng said.
Garrett was delighted to hear that the fee could be waived. Truth be told, he was really running low on funds. “Thank you, Guild Leader.”
When Jacob and Nash saw the benefit, they hurriedly stepped forward.
“Guild Leader, allow
to spar next,” Jacob said enthusiastically.
“Guild Leader, my rank is higher than Jacob, so let
go first so the others can take reference.” Nash chid in and made sure to put Jacob in his place.
Garrett was ranked 125 out of 125 whereas Jacob was ranked 119.
However, Nash was ranked at 104, just barely off the mark from reaching the 100s.
Nevertheless, the ranking placent was equivalent to their status in the guild and the training hall.
Moreover, the training hall had a special requirent. Every week, there would be new mbers who would challenge the bottom 10 players to take a spot to do the special training in the training hall.
This was the main reason why those who managed to sneak into the training hall list trained so arduously. The benefits were extrely great but once they lost the weekly challenge, they would lose all of it.
Hence, Jacob and Garrett were in the danger zone, but Nash was safe with his current ranking.
Therefore, Jacob frowned when Nash insisted on being the first to spar. He had to step back, otherwise, Nash might start targeting him.
“Nash can go first.” Jacob smiled bitterly and took a step back.
“Very well,” Xu Feng nodded and didn’t bother to spend any ti debating between them.
Instead, he turned to SilentWhisper and Fla Bird. “Nash is a Sorcerer so whom among you want to spar with him?”
Fla Bird was pondering while SilentWhisper puffed up her chest and raised her hand.
“I’m a Sorcerer, so it would be beneficial if the two of us spar.” SilentWhisper volunteered. Even though she knew defeat was most likely, she refused to give up without putting up a fight.
Xu Feng accepted her determination. “Alright, then SilentWhisper will spar with Nash, and Fla Bird will spar with Jacob.”
