Moon Arrow was certain that even if she were to join the chamber of comrce, the benefit wouldn’t be high.
At most, their team would just earn so more money, but in return, they would lose a lot of their other selling channels.
“So what do you propose, Moon Arrow?” Xu Feng mused, clearly expecting her to want more benefits. Her adventure team might be gaining lots of fa, but one wrong move could easily cause them to crumble down. This was the downside of an adventure team.
Upon hearing that, Moon Arrow didn’t dare to go overboard with her demands either. “I don’t mind selling our materials, but what about the repair fee? You know, most of our mbers’ equipnt isn’t quite up to date.”
Nodding, he naturally understood their gears were definitely inferior. Moon Arrow was geared up, but it was most likely because she was a leader.
“Hmm, so you want
to lower the blacksmithing rate for your adventure team huh. What benefit does that help
in return?” Xu Feng questioned.
To be fair, he didn’t need the adventure team, but the adventure team definitely needed him if they wanted this major advantage. Thus, he wouldn’t go out of his way to beg them to join his chamber of comrce.
“Information and assistance.” Moon Arrow stated. “Our adventure team is scattered everywhere and we always knew to get advance information. To amplify the safety of your guild, we can also provide manpower assistance.”
“We don’t lack manpower assistance.” Xu Feng flat-out refused the need for assistance from them.

However, contrary to Moon Arrow’s belief, Xu Feng had long communicated with Veronica while he was doing the dungeon to allow trustworthy mbers to enter the town and begin the training. The training hall was officially constructed with the supervision of Razor and Brutus.
Now, many mbers were secretly being sent to the training hall and striving for a position to beco an elite team. Therefore, the lack of manpower concerns were no longer viable. Otherwise, Xu Feng wouldn’t have even dared to open the town to a bunch of vermin.
The security of his town was fortified, and if the town remained private, then Xu Feng would be burning money daily just to sustain the town’s operation.
“If you can’t lower the repair fee, then I’m afraid the Lunar Strikers cannot join the chamber of comrce.” Moon Arrow said regrettably.
“It’s a pity in that case.” Xu Feng said. He wasn’t going to make any exception for Moon Arrow and her Lunar Strikers adventure team.
She wanted the fee to be lowered?

With that being said, the others soon expressed their regret and preferred to remain in their tactical state. As for the advantage of the town’s access being 3 days early, they could only forego their chances.
After all, the gamble was too big for them to risk everything that they built up.
Who knows if the town might collapse and fail?
They didn’t doubt Xu Feng’s ability, but the re possibility of a massive failure was enough to make them take a few steps back.
In the end, only two guilds, Phoenix and Silver Wind joined the Vanguard Chamber of Comrce.
“Since the two guilds are willing to be the pioneer, the mbership you will be allocated is automatically Silver Rank.” Xu Feng declared and gladly explained the ranking system to them. Naturally, he didn’t have the others leave and allowed them to eavesdrop.
The ranking system was quite common, ranking from lowest to highest: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond. Above diamond would be a shareholder, but that was an explanation for next ti.
To rise from each ranking, contribution and significant achievent toward the chamber of comrce was the key to promotion in rank.
Once a contract was handed out to Gentle Wind and Fla Bird, the two inspected the clauses for a bit before nodding their heads. The contract clauses and terms were very simple.
There can be absolutely no reselling of materials purchased from the chamber of comrce to others unless granted permission. Additionally, any items listed in the chamber of comrce were confidential and could not be spread.
Although the contract wouldn’t be able to restrict them in the outside world, that didn’t an they were safe and sound. Once exposed or suspected of leaking information, the Vanguard Guild could terminate their mbership without needing to provide evidence.
It was unfair and clearly biased toward the Vanguard Guild, but the thing was that the judgnt could only be done by Xu Feng. In other words, if Xu Feng deed them untrustworthy, then he could terminate their mbership.
Both Gentle Wind and Fla Bird knew that once trust was lost and broken. There wouldn’t be any point in continuing to do business with each other.
As the two signed their signature and the System verified the contract was successfully done, Xu Feng extended his hand. “Welco to our Chamber of Comrce.”
Gentle Wind smiled and shook his head. “Can I now visit the town?”
“Of course,” he replied and proceeded to shake hands with Fla Bird as well.
“Will you join as well?” He turned to Fla Bird and inquired.
Fla Bird, however, shook her head and explained, “Iceheart will arrive soon and take over from my position.”
“Is that so?” Xu Feng raised an eyebrow. “The two of you can join though.”
“Can we?”
“Of course, the Phoenix Guild as a whole is part of the chamber of comrce. So naturally, every mber of the Phoenix Guild can join.”
Upon hearing that, Fla Bird was delighted and hurriedly transmitted the ssage.
anwhile, Veronica sent a ssage to Xu Feng privately, asking if it was alright to let many mbers flock into the town. After all, both Phoenix Guild and Silver Wind Guild had mbers count up to 10,000.
In response, Xu Feng simply replied that they were allowed to join, but he never said anything about waiving the entrance fee.
Veronica was amused when she read the reply ssage. ‘As expected of our money grubber Guild Leader.’
