Zhao Kai also realized his significance in Anna's eyes was far lower than the upcoming partnership.
Although he understood it, he still felt bitter as to how little he seed to her.

Their gossip was loud enough to enter their ears and Xu Feng was honestly tired of these people.
"The hotel sure is prestigious." Xu Feng lightly comnted. "Even custors could openly talk about Kai's status and not be worried about anything. Seems like Kai's sister really holds him in high prestige."

Silent, Anna instantly understood the implication. What he ant was that they were able to leverage this eting due to Zhao Kai's connection. Yet as soon as he entered, they heard gossiping about Zhao Kai openly by so random nobodies.
Without a doubt, Xu Feng's impression had dipped quite a bit. Not to ntion, it could inadvertently harm the relationship between the two half-siblings.

"Does it look like I care?" Anna narrowed her eyes coldly. "A re catering company thinks they're so big shot and can run wild? I'll make a call to their president's secretary and we'll see who's in trouble."
