Chapter 746: DataSeer
Many screenshots were taken upon the fall of a Colossus— one that was taken down by a single player.
The Ga Forum practically exploded in traffic. Nurous posts and comntators were discussing the mysterious masked player.
And no one knew which anonymous user it was, but one of them ntioned that having a mask was usually the style of Vanguard Guild.
Initially, there were people who dismissed the claim, given that there were many masked players within the Divine World to conceal their identity.
However, soon, clips of the actual battle were being posted in unison.
Players who were talented in analysis soon paid attention to the clips and began finding any resemblance between the mysterious player's combat with others.
A player going by the na, DataSeer, quickly made their own post. In their post, they made many analyses with snippets of the clips.
-Mysterious player's identity is most likely to be the Vanguard Guild Commander Shadow Blade. Their movents are identical to the clips from the large-scale raid. The equipnt is also similar, with a few upgrades in certain slots.
As soon as DataSeer made the post, two different sides quickly erged. One side was in agreent while the other side was skeptical and seed doubtful.
While the post was heated, Xu Feng inspected it with a calm composure. There were two objectives in putting up the post in anonymous mode.
The first one was quite obvious. He wanted to boost Zhao Kai's fa and reputation, as well as bring the Vanguard Guild na to more people.
The second was more hidden. He wanted to see who had a knack for analysis and understanding the situation in a swift manner.
As the guild expanded further, there was a limit to how much more he could carry them. Carry as in informing them what to do and how to proceed with it.
Hence, Xu Feng wished to use this as an opportunity to scout so valuable people. A guild was called a guild because it was a gathering of multiple people. Otherwise, they shouldn't call it a guild but a one-man show.
Not to ntion, if he wished to obtain his vengeance, just doing it by himself wouldn't be enough.
'Just you wait. The people behind the Reaver Guild.' Xu Feng clenched his fist.
Most might have questioned why he had yet to seriously make a move against the Reaver Guild. The answer to that was quite simple really. His goal was never a re Reaver Guild, but the people who orchestrated the scene from behind and commanded them.
"Feng, are you alright?"
Amidst Xu Feng's deep thought in strangling his enemies, he was quickly snapped out of it by Zhao Kai's voice.
"Huh, what do you an?" Xu Feng turned to him.
"You were staring into sothing so deeply and filled with hate. I was wondering what's wrong with you." Zhao Kai asked in a worried tone. He then explained how they were in the conversation about his Colossus solo kill topic.
"You beca unresponsive, so I thought sothing happened."
"Ah, I was just focused on this particular person." As usual, Xu Feng easily ca up with an excuse that was very logical.
"Hmm, what person?"
"DataSeer."
Soti later, Zhao Kai browsed through the analysis made by DataSeer and his eyes widened in disbelief.
"Holy smokes!" He exclaid loudly and stood up. "Are you sure this DataSeer guy is not you in disguise or soone you hired? How did he co up with this analysis and nearly got everything right?"
In the post made by DataSeer, they ntioned how Zhao Kai could solo the Colossus because of two external factors. One was that he received great support from behind the scenes and another was that there should have been so weakened utilities used on the Colossus.
They even labeled how a normal Colossus defense and offense was so high that no players in their current level could be able to solo.
However, they still listed so exceptions who could possibly achieve such a feat: Eclipse Nova, Lunar Wraith, Echo Silver, Mind Fractal, ZenithX, Ace Sword, and Supre Breaker.
"Aside from our mysterious boss and our guild commander. Who are those other people ntioned by DataSeer?" Zhao Kai scratched his head. He rarely even bothered with other players unrelated to the Vanguard Guild whatsoever.
"Echo Silver is a veteran ranker from the Infinity Order. Mind Fractal in Dusk Cloud. ZenithX from Luminous Abyss. Ace Sword from Genesis. And Supre Breaker is from the Cyclone Guild. Aside from the Cyclone Guild, the rest are all Super Guild." Xu Feng calmly explained.
He recognized all of their nas, mainly because they all stood at the top when he was still stuck in the Reaver Guild.
"Tsk, so nearly all Super Guild affiliation." Rather than being afraid, Zhao Kai rely chuckled in response.
"I'll give props to the Cyclone Guild, but even then, they are still beneath our Vanguard Guild. We have two people on the list while the rest only got one." He continued, clearly feeling prideful of their achievent.
Yet contrary to his belief, Xu Feng didn't agree with him. He might have advanced extrely fast with his knowledge advantage, but these Super Guilds weren't so Tom, Dick, and Harry either.
With their abundance of wealth, influence, and manpower, Xu Feng would be deceiving himself if he believed that was all their cards.
"DataSeer is good in his work, but he's limited because of the narrow scope of vision he was given." Xu Feng comnted. "If he knew about the secret of those affiliations, then the nas he listed wouldn't have been this little."
Startled, Zhao Kai gasped heavily. "Huh, are you saying that there are more nas who could solo the Colossus?"
