Chapter 731: Fattest Black Sheep
As realization dawned upon Xu Feng, he had an urge to excuse himself.

Nodding in agreent, Xu Feng couldn't refute her claim.

And thanks to Floral Witch's unconventional increase of bidding on the first item. She managed to frighten away nurous players whenever she made her bid.
By now, she had spent over 2,200 gold coins on five items. Only the first items cost her 500 gold coins whereas the other four were less than that.
'No wonder she's the daughter of a real-estate mogul. Her calculative nature is too superior.' Xu Feng must admit that he was impressed. At the sa ti, he took a ntal note of such a thod and planned to use it in the future.
"Will I perhaps get a discount when you attempt to use my strategy on how to bid?" Floral Witch suddenly said, her legs crossed and her eyes gazing at him.

Ti quickly went by, and all the items that Xu Feng pointed out were purchased by her.
Although there were still a few more items left, Floral Witch was decisive enough to suggest leaving early. Her suggestion was equivalent to saying that she trusted him and wouldn't bother staying for the auction longer.
Similarly, Xu Feng lost interest in the auction as well. He stood up and followed her to resu the discussion of purchase regarding the resources.
Soti later, Floral Witch, who sat across from him said, "For every 100 rare materials you offer, I can give you 5 gold coins."
Almost imdiately, Xu Feng nearly spat out the drink from his mouth.
"Say again?" He raised an eyebrow and asked for confirmation.
Unfazed by his behavior, Floral Witch cleared her throat and repeated, "I said for every 100 rare materials you sent to . I'll pay you 5 gold coins."
'Holy hell…' Speechless, Xu Feng was truly incapable of speaking this ti. Never had he ever witnessed the fattest black sheep in his life.
100 rare materials could at most give a return value of 1-2 gold coins if there was a suitable buyer. Yet here Floral Witch was declaring she wanted to purchase them each for 5 gold coins.
Despite the seemingly amazing deal, Xu Feng refrained from acting in emotion.
He didn't agree to it right away and instead asked, "Let
guess, you want to monopolize the materials in your plane, right?"
Having realized Floral Witch was shrewder than what her appearance could invoke, Xu Feng highly refused to believe she was doing this out of generosity.
Sure enough, Floral Witch flashed a cheeky smile. "Yes, I want to beco your exclusive buyer in the plane I operated at."
"And I bet you're going to make ten tis the money in return when you buy it from ."
"So are you refusing the deal?"
"Nope, not at all."
Xu Feng was not the type to be jealous of soone using his materials to make a profit elsewhere. The underlying foundation before this could be possible was connection.
If Floral Witch didn't have such a connection, then she wouldn't have been able to make a profit. And her connection was not his, so even if he wanted to do a similar tactic. It would probably end in failure.
Of course, he could also take the ti to establish the connection, but he neither has the ti nor effort to do that.
"I can agree to the deal, and refuse to sell it to anyone based in your plane. But I do not take responsibility if soone runs out of your plane to purchase my material through a third party. I will only take action if you show
proof of such an act being condoned." He clarified and made his stance.
To summarize, if Floral Witch believed soone in her plane was getting resources through a different party but the source was the sa. Then she needed to provide the evidence to him in order for action to be taken.
In other words, she would be responsible for ensuring her monopolization was tightened.
"That's natural. I don't wish to be babysit either when I can handle them alone." Floral Witch nodded in agreent.
With that being said, a contract was quickly drafted between the two parties, and Xu Feng effectively earned another 1,000 gold coins by selling 20,000 rare materials to her.
"By the way, if you offer
another 500 gold coins, then I can give you a heads-up on what to prepare." Suddenly, Xu Feng revealed another striking secret that could potentially earn him more gold coins.
"Hmm, heads-up on what?" Curious, Floral Witch wondered what kind of information was worth 500 gold coins.
