After taking the "charity donation" from Heaven's Destiny, Xu Feng swiftly made his way to the city.

Once his presence was no more, Blood Light clenched his fist.

"Why did we have to donate those precious items to him, Commander?" One of them asked with great reluctance on their faces.

Those items were ant to be used as sieging tools once the city's defense had fallen.

Although they couldn't use it in the end, that didn't an they should just give it out for free.

"Did you think I wanted to give them away as well?" Blood Light coldly snorted and gnashed his teeth.

"What do you think would happen if I didn't donate them?" He then questioned his subordinates.

Sure enough, every one of them went silent. Without a doubt, they already knew the answer to such a question. It was just that they were really unwilling to lose their items simply like that.

Not only had they failed to go for wool, but they even ca back shorn.

"The Vanguard Guild had us play from the start." Blood Light sighed softly and finally realized this upstart guild was not one to be trifled with.

Maybe the excuse of Lethal Corp being unprepared or underestimating the Vanguard Guild could still be used for their losses.

But what about now?

Not even with this much preparation and numbers were capable of making the Vanguard Guild suffer any losses.

If anyone still dared to say the Vanguard Guild was just a weak and lucky upstart guild. Then either they were blind or they needed to stab their eyes to beco blind.

After all, there was no need for the eyes to see if they couldn't even see the situation clearly.

"Are we really going to go back empty-handed, Commander?" Another mber raised the question.

"Who said we go back empty-handed?" Blood Light snickered coldly. "Guild Leader Lin Feng accepted the gift, which ans we are not considered an enemy. If so, we might as well do them a favor and eradicate so of the guild's branches nearby us that participated in the siege against them. We'll recoup our losses from them."

Almost imdiately, Heaven's Destiny mbers' expressions turned vile and shrewd.

Sure, they could not provoke the Vanguard Guild, but what about the losers who lost many of their elites in this siege war?

Without a doubt, the losers were now extrely vulnerable. Only a fool wouldn't take advantage of their plight and take over their lands.

Despite the siege war hadn't ended yet, most of the players that didn't participate in it, began to comnce their shrewd plan.

That was the reality of life.

"Good work everyone." While Carn was overseeing the situation from the sa position, Xu Feng entered and greeted them.

"Guild Leader!" Surprised, Carn was quick to pause her work montarily. She then inford him, "Boss left a while ago."

"As expected." Xu Feng shook his head and said, "The Boss is always elusive like that and I barely get the chance to et him directly. This ti was an exception because our manpower was severely lacking."

Nodding, Carn agreed with that logic. With such overwhelming power, it was safe to say that Eclipse Nova trained hard.

In fact, she was doubtful if she was even a match against Eclipse Nova.

Thinking of that, Carn recalled there was sothing amiss so she hurriedly brought the topic up.

"By the way, Guild Leader, our mbers are currently killing the enemies with ease, but it appears that the enemies just want to run away. They don't even have any intention of fighting back and just doing their best to dodge."

When she finished asking her question, Carn realized the difference between Xu Feng and Eclipse Nova.

Xu Feng might not be the ultimate boss, but he was more comfortable to interact with as opposed to Eclipse Nova. With Eclipse Nova, she was more restrained and rigid, given that she was not familiar with him.

anwhile, Xu Feng didn't pay much attention to it and swiftly answered her doubts.

"The enemies are dodging and avoiding to retaliate because they want to escape." Xu Feng said and explained how their branch guild was currently being hit by nurous people.

He spent a few minutes explaining the lesser guilds had already been eradicated from their city due to the weakening.

Of course, the eradication wasn't actually done physically in the NPC city, but rather on the outside. Since these guilds need to constantly send players to grind for materials outside to earn inco, they would beco stun locked and stagnated once such operation was repeatedly hindered.

In so cases, those who were sent out for such tasks were wiped out and received a 24-hour cooldown tir before being able to re-login.

If it was just one or two instances, then it would have been fine. But if it was their entire exploration team, followed by more pressure. Then without a doubt, the branch guild could no longer resist unless they received support from the main guild.

And without a doubt, these small branch guilds would rarely ever receive help, given it was still an internal competition.

"So those who participated in the siege against us are trying to return to assist their branch guild base." Carn pursed her lips and realized what it ant to be survival of the fittest. Just one mistake resulted in them being worse than a beggar on the street.

"Mhmm and the sa would have happened to us if we were to lose this siege, albeit not worse than them." Xu Feng said.

Although these people had yet to notice the real value of the Divine World, that didn't stop them from making a profit from it. And their thirst for profit would only increase further once they realized the truth.

With that being said, half an hour went by in a flash, and everyone agreed that the Vanguard Guild earned a massive loot this ti.

"This is just too much, Guild Leader," Carn exclaid in joy. "If only more of these sieges happen against us, then we can easily earn a lot without doing much."

"..."

'Oi, I did all the hard work while posing as two different people.' Xu Feng wanted to vent the stress that he had to go through.
