Outskirts of Star Falls City

While those from MIST, Runewatch, Riverbane, and Veilborn sneered coldly at the post made by Vanguard Guild, there were many others who perceived the post as a severe warning.

Situated far from the current chaotic battle were those who had participated in the large-scale raid alongside the Vanguard Guild.

Silver Wind Guild, Tyrant Fist Guild, Dark Legion Guild, Phoenix Guild, Solaris Guild, and Adventure Team from Lunar Strikers.

"I'm quite surprised that you were interested in this battle, Iceheart." Blake from the Solaris Guild said in amusent. From what he had known of Iceheart, she was not the type to ddle or even be nosy on other affairs unless it concerned her Phoenix Guild.

"What I do does not concern you." Iceheart coolly responded.

"Indeed, I'm sure we are all here to see if the Vanguard Guild can resolve this crisis." Moon Arrow of the Lunar Strikers Adventure Team intervened and stated.

"Isn't that right, Guild Leader Gentle Wind?" She continued, taking the opportunity to ask about her thoughts on the matter.

Out of everyone here, only the Silver Wind Guild had collaborated the most with the Vanguard Guild.

Thus, Gentle Wind's opinion was quite a curiosity among them, as well as the reason for her to choose to stay idle.

With all eyes now on her, Gentle Wind who planned on silently spectating, had no choice but to make her comnt.

"You're mistaken about sothing. I'm not here to see whether the Vanguard Guild could resolve the crisis." Gentle Wind corrected. "I'm here to see how miserably MIST and the others would suffer."

As soon as she finished her statent, the atmosphere turned silent.

Even Herald Fist, who ca all the way here to wonder if there was still a chance for the Vanguard Guild, beca dumbfounded by Gentle Wind's confidence.

Although it remained a fact that the Tyrant Fist Guild benefited from the Vanguard Guild, the truth was that they were rely a business deal. In other words, Herald Fist had no intention of actually lending aid in this seemingly lost situation.

The nail that stands out gets hamred down!

This was the statent best described by the Vanguard Guild.

So if any other guilds attempted to assist them, they would essentially be labeled as a common enemy and be targeted as well.

"Do you have so insider information that we don't know of?" Unable to contain his curiosity, Herald Fist decided to ask Gentle Wind straightforwardly.

However, Gentle Wind rely smiled lightly without giving him a response.

"Tsk, imagine withholding information." Herald Fist clicked his tongue in a displeased tone. Despite knowing he wouldn't get an answer, he was still hoping the peer pressure would cause her to spill it out.

"Haha, who doesn't know the Tyrant Fist Guild is a rival of the Silver Wind Guild?" Blake suddenly laughed but continued, "But seriously, do you perhaps know so secret that we don't know, Guild Leader Gentle Wind?"

"It appears that Guild Leader Gentle Wind wishes to feel special by withholding such information." Iceheart chid in, much to the surprise of many.

'What's the matter with her?' Gentle Wind couldn't understand Iceheart's behavior. It was as if she had changed into a completely different person ever since the completion of the raid.

Being stared at by so many people, Gentle Wind sighed and knew they would see it sooner or later.

"If you want advance information, then please kindly donate 3 gold coins." Gentle Wind cleared her throat and demanded.

Moon Arrow: …

Blake: …

Herald Fist: …

Iceheart: …

And finally, the one person who had remained silent and invisible from the beginning, RavenKnight stepped forward.

"Here's 3 gold coins," RavenKnight said, paying upfront imdiately.

With RavenKnight serving as an example, the rest also glanced at each other before smiling bitterly.

Whoever doesn't pay now could simply walk away and lose out from this pri viewing spot.

"Ugh, who did you learn to be that shaless?" Herald Fist grunted and paid the 3 gold coins.

"She definitely got rubbed off from Vanguard Guild Leader, Lin Feng." Blake sighed and felt a pain in his heart.

"Hmph, as expected of that damnable Guild Leader. His bad influence is now affecting everyone." Iceheart narrowed her eyes and paid the price.

anwhile, Moon Arrow was stunned on the spot.

"I'm not in a guild, so can I pay 1 gold coin only?" She asked, pointing out that she was part of an Adventure Team and their fund was severely lacking when compared to guilds.

Everyone then looked at Moon Arrow with a weird expression.

Never once did they expect soone like Moon Arrow to behave that shalessly when it cos to money.

"Ahem, this is the truth and it's only fair that I don't get treated the sa way as you rich guilds." Moon Arrow faked a cough and clarified.

"Sure, but I do hope that you would charge

less if I ever require your help." Gentle Wind nodded, opting to make Moon Arrow owe her a favor rather than accepting 3 gold coins.

Naturally, Moon Arrow didn't mind the deal and readily agreed to it.

As an Adventure Team, it was extrely common for guilds to hire them for a hefty amount. After all, an Adventure Team might be a bunch of solo players gathering as a group, but so of them were talents that most guilds wanted to recruit.

The only reason the guilds failed to recruit was because these talented solo players preferred freedom and being unrestricted of anything.

With the paynt received, Gentle Wind finally revealed what she knew. Discover more content at My Virtual Library Empire

"This information ca from a credible source and it's said that the mysterious boss of Guild Leader Lin Feng is currently in Star Falls City." She said softly, but when the rest heard the news.

It was as if they had been struck by a thunderous storm.

However, their astonishnt had yet to dwindle when the battle started to change.

"What is that?" Blake was the first to notice, his eyes widening in shock when he witnessed a large black pillar appearing from the inside of Star Falls City.

"Isn't that the Oppressive Pillar from the large-scale raid?" Iceheart, who recognized the structure, felt difficulty in her breathing.
