"Carn, I've been gone for almost an hour or so…" He responded, feeling skeptical of Carn's abnormal behavior. She was not the type to play a prank on soone, so was it possible that her behavior had undergone a new change due to his influence?
However, his doubt was soon clarified once Carn inford him to check on the ti. "Guild Leader, it has only been less than 10 minutes since your disappearance. So of course, I thought you failed the trial."
As if she was afraid of him disbelieving her, she even went ahead and told him to check the ti on the system. With the system serving as concrete evidence, Xu Feng would know instantly whether she was joking or not.
