"Are these people so free?" Xu Feng exclaid in astonishnt when his notification inbox had 99 plus ssages.

If the number wasn't capped at 99, Xu Feng was positive that the ssages were about to reach four digits.

So many of the ssages were representatives of the guild, with most of them asking if he wanted to join their guild.

As long as he agreed, the position of an outer elder and a high salary was guaranteed.

'Do I look like a naive person to them?' Xu Feng nearly wanted to laugh at these so-called generous offers.

An outer elder position and high salary might sound attractive to the unaware folks, but he knew very well this was nothing but an offer to beco a slave of their guild.

Without any hesitation, Xu Feng directly filtered out the guild invitation. He would be a legit retard to join another guild and work his ass, only to end up being a disposal tool.

Sure enough, after filtering such an invitation, the ssage inbox cleared up trendously, with only around 30-sothing left.

Upon the sender, there were so familiar usernas that he hadn't seen in a while during the first post that OneMandia had posted about him.

Nas such as Lotus Li, and Crimson Rose, with the forr even having sent him a private ssage before. It was just a pity that their ssage was so ambiguous that he decided to ignore it in the end.

Additionally, he was surprised to see Herald Fist sending him a ssage as well.

"Even my dearest fat sheep wants to communicate with . How nice." Xu Feng mumbled, clearly rembering the fool who paid him an astronomical value for so of his potions. Toward such a wealthy custor, he was more than ready to entertain them a little bit.

However, it still wasn't the ti yet for him to respond to them.

He had just arrived in the city, so how could he spend his ti responding to their ssages?

rely, he simply highlighted the ones that he would focus on and turned off notification sounds in his inbox.

With that done, Xu Feng felt as if the world had beco a bit clearer.

As he glanced around the scenery, he noticed that the bustling liveliness seed to be absent. It was a sharp contrast of scenery according to his mory of the past tiline.

The Star Falls City was supposedly not just a visual and cultural marvel but also a hub of resources and opportunities, making it a pri destination for players seeking to enhance their gear and skills.

'It seems like the city hasn't been able to discover those rich ores.' Xu Feng deduced.

The lore behind the city was that a teorite had unseemingly crashed here, supposedly promptly a land of richness, and resulted in this city being constructed.

However, after years of zero luck in finding valuable ores, with the teorite itself having been taken by the higher nobles already, the city's managent beca lukewarm. Even the traffic of regular NPC was sowhat rare.

It was a pity that Xu Feng hadn't paid much attention to Star Falls City in his past tiline, resulting in him only having superficial information and knowledge.

If he knew the sources of the ores that subsequently appeared, bolstering the city to a new height, Xu Feng would have been exhilarated by now.

Unfortunately, he wasn't soone with a super brain that could morize every tiny little detail, even if it was like 10 years ago.

"After I unseal this pendant, I should make my way to the library and research the history." He mumbled, glancing at the sky that was starting to have the moon appear.

Maybe the only reason why the city hadn't been abandoned was because of the beautiful night scenery of the moon glistening at the city.

Nevertheless, Xu Feng quickly found the highest standing point which had the moonlight shining brightly.

Shortly after, Xu Feng arrived at the pri location and held the Mirage Pendant, allowing the moon to bask in it.

He then proceeded to call out his in-ga na, Lin Feng three tis. The system doesn't know his real na, Xu Feng, so it would have been incorrect to call this na out.

A few seconds later, the pendant began to glow softly under the moonlight, its magical energy pulsating. A warm light enveloped Xu Feng, and he felt a subtle shift in his appearance and identity, albeit it reverted back to his original aura almost instantaneously.

System: The Mirage Pendant has been successfully unsealed. You can now use its power to change your identification and appearance at will!

'Success.' Xu Feng thought, truly taken aback by the simplicity.

Even with the system and Sandy's reassurance of the unsealing, Xu Feng still found it sowhat baffling. He had thought there would be so obstacles during the process, or so random troublemakers interrupting.

However, that was truly him overthinking stuff.

Only a person with terrible luck would constantly encounter troubles.
