Chapter 1437: Hit List Part 1

15 minutes later...

The Vanguard mbers finished bidding on the internal auction.

Xu Feng wasn’t even interested in it except for the two items he bid on.

The two items he bidded were known as Toxicling Eye and Demonic Spear.

The Toxicling Eye allowed him to secretly poison soone without them being aware that they were poisoned. The only thing they knew was that their health was dropping and required special dicine to cleanse the status ailnt.

As for the Demonic Spear, it was an amazing shield breaker item. The damage of the spear was equivalent to his health points.

However, the spear would only damage shielding. In other words, if the opponent had no shield, then the spear would do zero damage.

"Now that the raid is done, what do we do?" Carn asked on behalf of the other mbers.

All eyes were now on Xu Feng.

Initially, this should have been called for celebration. But they all saw the Ga Forum and realized their achievent was now being pushed into the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.

Rather than impressive or praised comnts, it was full of sar campaigns that threatened to label them as traitors of humanity.

Who would still be in the mood to enjoy a feast?

"Everyone should take this ti to rest and relax. You will also be granted a free Training Hall session for 3 days." Xu Feng calmly said.

Almost as soon as he finished, the mbers cheered loudly.

The training hall session was highly coveted. No one was an exception, unless you could always skip the line or have a permanent reserved arena for you.

And now that Xu Feng had decreed, they were also on the list of reservations.

"The Guild Leader is the best!"

"All hail the Guild Leader!"

Despite the praises, Xu Feng simply shook his head at these shaless people.

One mont, they called him despicable. Then the next mont, they were worshipping him like a god.

Their faces changed even faster than so theater plays where they had a person doing a face-changing mask act.

"Scram!" He waved his hands in annoyance.

"Use the Town Token to return to the town and avoid interacting with others."

There would be no difficulty in leaving their current situation because Xu Feng had paid a lot for these Town Tokens.

Ever since the ambush incident from the Lethal Corp, he made sure to not repeat the sa event.

Only a foolish leader would commit the sa mistake again and again.

A competent one would learn from their mistake and improve upon it.

While it was decided that the majority would return to the town, Carn and the other elite team leaders, alongside Sweet Sky and Cindersong, chose to stay.

"Why aren’t you all returning to the town?" Xu Feng was confused by their decision.

Could it be that they plan on grinding for levels in their current location?

After all, once they exited the dungeon, there would be many monsters at high levels coming at them.

The effect of his repelling dicine had long vanished.

They remained silent for a while before shifting their eyes to Carn and Veronica. It was clear that they didn’t want to speak up.

"Ugh, I’ll go ahead." Veronica frowned and pointed at him. "You’re definitely planning to do sothing against Razor Nightmare and those nobles in cahoots with them, right?"

Carn nodded in agreent. "I bet you plan on doing it all alone again. What’s the point of even creating a guild if you never utilize us?"

"The Guild Captain and Guild Commander are correct." Sweet Sky chid in.

"As a part of the Vanguard Guild, we also feel offended when others keep attacking us. Yet we were never deployed to retaliate."

Throughout multiple instances, Sweet Sky could only count one ti where they had been deployed and utilized.

And that was during the guild war, in which they had an absolute advantage in winning.

However, when it ca to 50-50, they were always omitted for so reason.

Even though nobody said anything because they understood Xu Feng wished to protect them, the guilty feeling remained there.

They had contributed to the Vanguard Guild, but compared to the resources they got in return, those contributions ant nothing.

In fact, many other guilds wouldn’t even grant them resources like the Vanguard Guild does unless they were the top-trusted individuals.

Moreover, they beca trusted because they had to sign harsh contracts, which practically bound them to the guild.

Yet none of those craps were present within the Vanguard Guild. Everyone, including the elite team leaders, was actually free to leave the guild whenever they wanted.

And this included resources that they had used to purchase with GMP.

Not to ntion, one wouldn’t be restricted in their activity. The only exception was when there was a real ergency, such as the ti when their guild town was being besieged.

But then again. Even without the restriction, the mbers would still gear up and show up to defend their town.

"Hmm, are you all determined to follow ?" Xu Feng furrowed his brows and asked solemnly.

Nobody said anything, but their eyes and expressions were alone to tell him that they were determined.

"Very well." He nodded and proceeded to send a team invite to them.

In total, there were 8 people in the team, and 9 if counting himself.

Once they were in the team, he proceeded to send a list in the team chat.

"On the list that I’ve sent is the hit list. These are the people whom I’m going to go after and make them regret their life choices." He said in a cold tone.

"A hit list??!"

Almost everyone on the scene was astonished that he had already got a hit list ready.

Did he already anticipate such a move in advance?

But little did they know, the hit list was actually an NPC whom Xu Feng rembered had turned to the Colossuses.

And it just so happened that the majority of the NPCs sided with Razor Nightmare’s official complaint. This just gave him more reason to target them without pulling any punches.
