Capítulo 1304: Carn’s Early Journey Part 1
Carn admitted that when she first started the Divine World, she had been deceived quite badly about players. She didn’t anticipate being equally despicable and shaless in the real world.
And this perception was attributed to none other than the Reaver Guild. Their ans and behavior disappointed her imnsely.
Not to ntion, the teammates she temporarily ford up with were also cowering in fear of the strong, which made her feel trapped everywhere.
In the real world, her identity was special, and so were the people around her.
Hence, it was common to see different types of people behaving in a hypocritical manner in her daily life.
To escape this kind of ridiculous lifestyle, she fled and tried to be independent.
It was only then that she ca to realize that without her special identity, many people would express their real nefarious intent.
The most common ones were perverted n who wanted to ravage her. As if their inner desire wasn’t enough, so even went as far as drugging her wine.
Luckily, her alertness wasn’t low, and she made sure those who drugged her wine paid the ultimate price in prison till their death.
During those helpless days, she stumbled across news of the Divine World and decided to see if things would be different.
The result ended up being a disappointnt. Had it not been for a mission she had undertaken earlier, and she was a stubborn one to do things till the end, she wouldn’t have gone to the rcenary Association.
Who could have imagined that her stubbornness would lead her to encounter Xu Feng?
As Carn kissed Xu Feng on the lips again, she recalled the past prior to their chance encounter.

RedEagle Town
“Ah, so this is the Divine World?” Carn, a level 1 Summoner who had chosen her birthplace by random, got sent to RedEagle Town.
She glanced at her surroundings. She was startled by the imrsive feel and the near-realistic movent in her body. She felt like she was truly a part of the Divine World.
Had it not been for the existence of the system, she would have really thought she was in the real world.
“Looking for one mber to join the level grind!”
“We need a DPS, preferably soone from the Mage Class!”
“Level doesn’t matter much as long as you can listen well to instructions!”
Upon hearing a recruitnt post, Carn beca interested. She was completely new to the VRMMORPG environnt, so she thought it would be helpful to join a team.
‘They wouldn’t be hypocritical, right?’ Carn wondered silently.
She had escaped reality to avoid interacting with superficial and hypocritical people.
However, the Divine World’s advertisent was quite enticing.
[Sick of the people in your world?
Why not try to encounter new people in a parallel world?
Join the Divine World today and explore a new environnt!]
Carn was indeed sick of the people in her world, so she wanted to see if the Divine World would truly offer her a different experience.
There were only a handful of people she got along well with, but it didn’t feel like it was enough to fill the empty gap in her heart.
“Hi, can I join your team? I’m new to the Divine World, and my class is a Summoner.” Carn approached a group of people and inquired.
This group of people consisted of 1 woman and 2 n. They were planning on forming a four-person team and lacked a DPS class.
The woman was a cleric, and the 2 n were of the Warrior Class, Gun Knight, and Knight Lancer.
“Of course, you can.” The woman was the first to respond. “I’m Joyce, and these two here are my eldest brothers, Mitchel and Benny.”
“I’m Carn.” Carn smiled lightly and greeted them. She also subtly noticed Mitchel and Benny were staring at her face quite intensely.
However, they didn’t get to stare for much longer when Joyce gave a sharp jab at their stomachs.
“Pay attention to your behavior. You’ve scared away so many people because of your behavior already!” Joyce hissed and warned her eldest brother to mind their actions.
“My brothers are perverted, but don’t be afraid. They only dared to look and not act on anything.” She then explained to Carn, confessing their plight and why they were struggling to find a DPS class. They were either scared away by her eldest brother’s perverted gaze or by their protection.
After all, so n did approach them but were leering at her with a lustful gaze.
One could truly say the situation was quite ironic.
Just like that, the team was ford, and they began grinding for the next few hours.
“Nice shot, Carn!” Joyce exclaid and cheered happily. “You have been hiding your skills well!”
“It’s nothing much,” Carn scratched her head shyly.
With the monster dead and a good amount of items being dropped, the team was about to begin the distribution process until another party disturbed them.
“Hoh, not bad for a Summoner. Why don’t you join our Reaver Guild?” A man approached them and suggested in a sowhat forceful manner.
“I’m Hundred Ghost, and this area is now deed our Reaver Guild territory. As long as you join us, you can continue to grind, but the profit must be shared with our guild. Otherwise, you can forget about grinding levels or items.”
“Reaver Guild, Hundred Ghost…” Carn frowned a bit. She was displeased and dissatisfied with this arrogant person.
The Divine World had just been launched, and soone was already acting arrogantly to claim territory.
Who the hell does he think he is?
“Sorry, but I have no interest in joining your guild.” Carn coolly said.
Hundred Ghost’s eyes narrowed. “Do you all have the sa thoughts as well?”
Carn thought they would follow her, but to her dismay, they actually retreated.
“Nope, we don’t share the sa thoughts.” Benny shook his head and exclaid.
Mitchel also agreed.
Only Joyce wanted to argue, but was silenced by her two eldest brothers as they promptly dragged her away.
‘Haa so it’s the sa here as well…’ Upon seeing their retreat, Carn couldn’t help but feel nothing. It was as if she had anticipated this outco already.
