Albe suddenly woke up.

He was given so kind of weird drug. Intuitively, he knew it was not poison. From the way his body relaxed, he thought it might be a sleeping potion. But it seed to be a mild one. I did not feel like I had slept much, and I thought I regained consciousness imdiately.

However, he saw a scene that seed to be in a room sowhere. He also saw two black rabbits. Their bodies did not move at all.

"Oh, I think he's awake."

"I'll go get Lady May and Mr. Roni."

I thought I was restrained outside, but when in the world did they bring in? And who are these creepy, human-speaking rabbits ....... As he pondered these questions, Albe's consciousness faded away again.

I'm not sure what to think.

"...... I see."

Linos mutters in a small voice. On the desk in his office was a thick report and several letters. He picked up the report and flipped through the pages. It contained a difficult paper, the contents of which were beyond his comprehension.

In front of him were May, Roni, Rico, and Sidi. May had an apologetic look on her face. Linos opens his mouth with a slightly troubled expression on his face.

May, don't look at like that. It's not May's fault.

"Hi ......"

She blad herself. The drug that Albe had used was an improved version of one that May had developed a long ti ago.

"May only made it when she was ordered to. She didn't want to make it. She was forced to make it. So don't give that look."

"Yes, Master May. It is the fault of those who ordered such a potion to be made. We at Posehay are responsible for this. All we have to do now is to develop a cure for this dicine.

In contrast to May, Loni is very matter-of-fact. Finding the comparison a little amusing, Linos turned his attention to May again.

"By the way, how is he?"

"Yes. He had been asleep for three days and woke up just a few minutes ago. But he seems to have fallen asleep again.

"Don't worry, Miss May. Little by little, he will sleep less and less. Soon he will regain full consciousness.

"Yes, that's right. ......"

By the way, how's his body?

"For now, ......"

"What should he do now?"

"Probably, the body will not be able to return to its original size. Thanks to the master's restorative magic, he is sohow unhard, but the strain on his bones and muscles is considerable, and it is very likely that he will break a bone or tear a muscle if he continues to move around. Therefore, you will probably remain bedridden for the rest of your life."

"Okay. ....... We have received letters from the Kingdom of Labade and the Banalist Empire requesting his extradition. Is it difficult to extradite him if he is bedridden? What do you think Rico? ...... Rico?"

Rico rembered how he had been betrayed and put in mortal danger by the shooter who had served at his side so long ago. That ti, he had attacked her after taking a drug that made his body grow huge. It must be the sa drug that the man nad Albe took this ti. According to May's story, the person who takes the dicine seems to be damaged considerably. This ans that the drug is a devil's dicine that does not make anyone happy. Such a thing must be eradicated as soon as possible. ....... She was thinking in her mind about the ans to achieve it.

"Rico? Rico?"

"...... Oh, sorry. I was just thinking. ...... Uh, his extradition. Using Linos' transfer wards would make that possible, but we shouldn't use them. We can explain to both countries his current condition and tell them that if we extradite him, there is a possibility that he may lose his life in the process.

"And will both countries be satisfied with that?"

"I don't think they will. That's why we have to put a condition on it.

"Conditions?"

"Extradition is difficult, but we will send an emissary and allow him to hear what is going on.

"I see. Perhaps both countries do not want to take his life, but they want to know how the poison was spread and how it was made.

"Yes. Then I'm sure both countries will understand. I will draft the letter.

"I see. Well, I'll leave that to Rico.

"I hate to say this, but Agartha is the only one who has the actual poison he made. If we can develop the ingredients of the poison and the antidote, it will be useful not only to Agartha but to the whole world. May ......"

Yes, I am aware of that. I will be actively involved in the elucidation of its ingredients and the developnt of an antidote.

May answers with a straight back. The seriousness of her expression clearly showed her determination. At that mont, Sidhi, who had been listening intently to everyone's conversation, opens his mouth.

"Yes, I think it would be better if you get involved with that antidote, i. I have a hunch that the process of developing it will be of trendous help.

"Yes. I'll do my best."

"I'm sorry. I wish I could help.

Linos scratched his head. He had used the warding to peer into Albe's past so ti ago. He had only been envious of others. Aside from that, he had also been able to see the actual process of making the poison. However, all the chemicals were transparent, and so were the bottles that contained them, making it impossible to determine what was what. Perhaps Albe himself could distinguish the contents of these bottles, but to others they all looked the sa. In the end, when it ca to the production of the poison, there was no other way but to ask Albe himself.

We were going to ask Albe himself about the poison, in parallel with May's research, and ask him to confess the thod quietly. In the worst case scenario, they could have used ntal magic to get him to confess, but according to May, that would have been a last resort, and even if they had used that, Albe would probably not survive.

"Um, ...... Mr. Linos."

What's up, Sidney?

"As for his interrogation, why don't you ask Rico to interrogate him?"

"Rico? Why?"

"I have a hunch. I just have a feeling it's going to work out.

"I see. If Sadie has a hunch, there's a good chance it will work. Rico, can you do this for ?

Rico looked a little puzzled at Linos' words, but eventually bowed his head and said yes.

Rico bowed his head and said, "Yes, I will.

May left Linos and headed for the laboratory at the University of Agartha. There, students were working with professors on toxicological research. May put on a white lab coat and started to elucidate the poison, while talking to the students.

At the sa ti, Mirwa was under house arrest in the village of Silures.

He had no intention of returning to his village. She entered the capital of Agartha in desperation and headed for the guest house. The Silures were working there. She tried to get protection from them and to sohow share the power of the spirits with them.

However, not a single Psyllus was there to give her a hand. Mirwa could do nothing but weep in front of the guest house. It was Linos who reached out to her. He took Mirwa inside and just kept looking at her in silence.

Mirwa had thought that Rinos was assessing her. If so, this man must be lusting after her. She was ready to be his slave. No, rather, he thought it would give him a better chance later on. But Linos shook his head and ordered her to return to the village of Cyrus. And there he found himself sitting at the entrance to the village.

Mirwa was now trapped in a tree. It is a world of darkness. She could not leave until she made a new contract with a spirit. .......
