The Dragon-Phoenix Pavilion had also suppressed Zero Wing’s expansion into the Black Dragon Empire. Hence, it was only a matter of ti before Blackwater surpassed Zero Wing.
By then, he would remove Zero Wing’s na from Star-Moon Kingdom permanently.
