Lu Jingye entered the office in large strides and his gaze subconsciously turned to his wife who was nested on the sofa.
Zi Yi turned to look at him. At the sight of him coming in, she revealed a radiant smile. “Ah Jing, are you done with your eting?”
Lu Jingye put the laptop in his hand on the table before he walked over to Zi Yi in large strides.
Zi Yi pulled his hand and got him to sit next to her. “Ah Jing, what ti will you be knocking off today?”

Lu Jingye felt that what she said made sense and so, he stopped and said to Secretary Shao, “If there isn’t any pressing work on hand, you can take a few days off.”
Secretary Shao turned around and asked Zi Yi, “I wish to watch the racing competition on the 25th, Mrs. President, can you give an internal ticket?”
“You didn’t buy one?”
“I was busy when the tickets were for sale. After I was done, the tickets were already sold out.”
Zi Yi smiled and nodded her head. “No problem.”
Subsequently, she asked, “Is one ticket enough? Do you want to bring a few friends along or maybe your girlfriend?”
Secretary Shao said sullenly, “I don’t have a girlfriend. My friends aren’t available on that day either.”
