1044 Side Story 9
Runge stood there and watched the obscene interactions for an entire night. His expression was as cold as usual, as though the people before him were rely having a simple fight.
The woman only turned her attention to Runge after the night ended and said to him kindly, "I'll give you half a day to shop. If you exceed the ti I give you by even a second, I'll kill the two human cubs you care about."
Runge turned around and left after hearing that.
After he left, two robots ca in.
The woman looked at the bodies lying on the bed with a cold expression and said, "Throw all of them outside."
The robots ca over and then dragged the bodies out like they were dealing with inanimate objects.
Shortly after that, another two individuals ca walking in.
One of the people said, "Leader, your boy toy went out."
"I allowed him out."
The other individual furrowed her brows at what she said. "Leader, you're favoring this boy toy too much. He won't be able to distinguish his status at this rate."
The woman looked on coldly at the individual who made that comnt and responded in a deep voice. "Do you think I will allow him the opportunity to misunderstand his status?"
The woman laid back down on the bed and said lazily, "A human from an inferior planet. It doesn't matter even if he doesn't understand his position. I'm currently interested in his body right now and I will indulge him as long as my interest remains. Hahaha."
The two individuals made eye contact with each other. They also felt that they were overly worried and laughed along with her.
One of the individuals said, "Speaking of which, that human does look good. Leader if you lose interest in him in the future, do award him to your subordinates to play around with him."
The woman raised her eyebrows and said, "Sure."
"Thank you, Leader."

After Runge left the building, he headed towards an area with many different buildings and plenty of people.
This place was equivalent to a city on Earth and it was bustling with activity.
However, it was also vastly different compared to Earth. The storefronts were fully automated, flying vehicles were the main mode of transportation here... and everything around him gave off the feeling of advanced technology.
Runge knew that this planet was considered remote and it was far from the central galaxy.
As his looks and the aura he gave off were out of place, he beca the focus of attention as soon as he started walking through the busy street.
Just then, a huge guy suddenly approached him and said sothing quickly. At the sa ti, he wanted to pull Runge.
Runge quickly released his powerful killing aura.
The man was deterred by his aura and retreated several steps.
Unexpectedly, he started speaking in another variant of language that Runge understood.
He asked, "Sir, are you a guest from the central galaxy?"
Runge only thought for a second before he nodded his head. "Yes."
The man grinned and beca extrely passionate. "Esteed guest, welco to B-24 constellation. I can be your tour guide."
Runge asked, "Is there a market that sells all sorts of exotic toys?"
"There is. You've asked the right person. I'll bring you there right away."
With that, he led Runge sowhere.
Runge looked at the man's back view and casually asked, "What currency is used to trade here?"
"Crystals. It's the sa one as the central galaxy."
Runge had nothing on him. He looked around and soon, he saw a man that seed to be wealthy alighting from a floating car and headed in his direction.
When the wealthy man ca to where Runge was, he even gave him a curious look.
Runge brushed against him with an indifferent expression.
After he and the huge man walked quite far away, they faintly heard the sounds of a shout behind them. Following that, Runge took out a pink crystal and passed it to the man.
The man's eyes instantly brightened at the sight of the pink crystal.
Runge said, "You only have to send to the market. This will be your remuneration."
The huge man swallowed his saliva excitedly and hastily nodded his head. "Sure, sure."
Runge asked, "Are there other interesting places here?"
"There is." The huge man told him about several good places.
Runge nodded his head and did not say anything else.
Both of them walked rather fast. After walking for around ten minutes or so, they arrived at a magnetic field door.
There was an identification system next to it.
Runge looked at it and noticed that everyone would put their hands on sothing when they walked past.
Zi Yi had a similar system in her base and it was capable of finding out the information of that particular individual.
However, Runge did not have any identification. He knew that it would be difficult for him to get in.
The huge man saw that he wasn't heading inside and so, he asked, "Sir, why aren't you going in?"
Runge suddenly looked at him with a sharp gaze. Instead of answering, he asked him, "Have you ever seen an interstellar pirate having any identification?"
As a semi-native, the huge man clearly possessed great fear towards the words 'interstellar pirate'. He hastily swallowed his saliva and carefully said, "Sir, if you wish to go in, I have another way."
Runge nodded his head and the man quickly gestured for Runge to follow him.
He then led Runge to another side. Both of them made a detour for quite so ti before the huge man stopped by a tal wall. After that, he did sothing to the wall, and soon, an entrance opened.
Only then did the huge man speak to Runge. "Sir, you can go in through this entrance. You'll be able to reach the market directly."
Runge nodded, threw him another pink crystal, and headed inside.
The huge man looked at Runge heading inside the entrance and quickly grabbed onto the crystal and ran.
Runge continued walking through the corridor for so ti and sure enough, he arrived at the market.
The market was located in a huge hall and all the booths were digitized. A boss was seated next to every stall and the custors would look around as they walked. They only had to pay the price listed for the items to purchase them.
Runge observed the people around here for a short while and noticed that many of them were wearing masks. He ended up buying a mask too and no one paid any special attention to him from then on.
The items sold in the market ca from different galaxies. Runge walked past various stalls at a fast speed. He did not linger to look around either.
He did not have much ti as he had to buy everything he wanted in half a day.
Soon, he arrived at a place that sold weapons. He had never seen such weapons before and so the boss enthusiastically introduced the function of every weapon to him.
Runge looked around for so ti and from the corner of his eyes, he saw a weapon that looked like a bell. He grabbed it to take a look.
The boss got even more enthusiastic and explained the usage of this weapon. He even showed him a video of the weapon's might.
Runge did not say anything and took out a blue crystal.
The boss shook his head and then spoke in a language Runge did not understand.
Runge grabbed out another pink crystal.
Only then did the boss accept the pink crystal and passed him a few smaller blue crystals.
Runge kept the bell-like-looking weapon in his pocket and continued walking around.
Not long later, he sensed that he was being followed.
He increased his pace and continued walking. When he arrived at a remote corner, he disappeared in a flash
When the man following him lost track of Runge, he scratched his head and muttered sothing before turning around.
"Opf!"
"Speak, why are you following ?" The man clearly did not understand Runge's language.
He hastily gesticulated.
Runge looked at his movents and made a guess. "You have a weapon?"
The man was still gesticulating.
Runge lowered his eyes and thought for a second before pointing in front for the man to lead the way.
The man nodded his head and motioned for Runge to follow him.
They walked in tandem for a long ti until they reached the end of the market. Following that, they walked through an aisle. After they stopped in a dark corner, the man took out a crystal that was shaped like a ball.
Runge imdiately sensed the energy radiating from within the ball. The energy got even stronger after he grabbed it.
He asked, "What's this?"
The man gestured for so ti.
Runge narrowed his eyes and asked, "How much?"
The man reached out a finger.
Runge took out a few pink crystals and blue crystals.
The man's eyes brightened up, but he ended up shaking his head.
Runge returned the crystal ball to him and acted as though he was about to put away the crystals.
The man quickly stopped him and held out the sa finger.
Runge shook his head.
The man revealed an expression as if he had suffered a loss and stuffed the ball into Runge's hands before he took the crystals and left.
Runge looked at the crystal ball and sensed the powerful energy fluctuations from within. His heartbeat had unexpectedly sped up.
After looking for so ti, he put the crystal ball away and returned to the place he ca from.
After he walked around a few other places, Runge returned to the spaceship within the half a day the woman had stipulated.
The mont he boarded the ship, he went looking for Tangtang and Guoguo.
The two children were very excited to see him.
At the sa ti, they revealed an expectant gaze.
"Uncle Runge, what weapons did you bring for Guoguo and Brother?"
Runge took out the bell and crystal ball from his pocket.
Guoguo imdiately fell in love with the bell and shook it right away when she received it. The crisp bell sounded very nice.
Runge said to her, "If you press this place, it will transform into a weapon."
He then taught Guoguo how to do so. Sure enough, an energy sword appeared when pressed. The sword was flashing in a blue light and it seed very powerful.
Runge changed it back into a bell and reminded Guoguo. "Don't casually press it. You should only use it when you encounter danger."
"Got it, Uncle Runge."
Runge then handed the crystal ball to Tangtang.
Tangtang and Guoguo imdiately detected the energy from within.
"Tangtang, hold onto this. The energy inside here should be able to help you develop your ntal energy."
Tangtang refused to accept it and he said with a serious expression, "Uncle Runge should use this instead. Tangtang doesn't want it."
Runge pursed his lips and looked at Tangtang who had the sa expression as Lu Jingye. He was a little angry and ended up forcing the crystal ball into Tangtang's hand.
Tangtang looked at him with a taut expression.
The adult and child ended up confronting each other with their gazes.
At the sight of this, Guoguo pulled Runge's hand and said, "Uncle Runge, Guoguo can sense that there's a powerful energy within his ball and this is useful to you."
With that, she grabbed the ball from Tangtang and hugged Runge's thigh, with the intention for him to carry her.
Runge carried her so she was face to face with him.
Guoguo held the ball to his mouth and revealed a naive expression. "Mom said that so energy crystals can be directly absorbed by the human body. Why don't you try it?"
