1041 Side Story 6
The two children looked at each other and none of them dared to eat the food on the table.
They remained standing and looking at the two bowls until their stomachs started growling.
Guoguo touched her tummy and said with a pout, "Brother, Guoguo is so hungry."
Tangtang was also hungry. He swallowed his saliva and finally made up his mind. "I'll take a bite first. If it's edible, then you can eat it."
"No. What if Brother gets poisoned? We have to eat it together."
After Guoguo said that, she grabbed Tangtang's hand and prevented him from eating alone.
"One of us has to survive and escape to ask for help."
Tangtang was firm in his decision. "You're my younger sister, I have to protect you."
"I'm not as smart as Brother, I can't escape by myself." During this situation, Guoguo no longer said that she was the smartest. She held onto Tangtang without letting him go.
They were in a stalemate for quite so ti before the growling sounds from their stomachs intensified.
Guoguo suddenly released her grip on Tangtang's hand and in a flash, she ran over, grabbed the spoon, and ate a bite of the puree-like food.
"Guoguo!" Tangtang shouted in fright and hastily ran over.
Guoguo smacked her lips and turned around with a smile. "Brother, this is delicious. It tastes like fruit puree."
Having said that, she dug another spoonful and fed him. "Brother, have so too."
Tangtang looked at her with his lips tightly shut. He had experienced the fright of his life earlier and so, he was a little angry. "Don't ever do this again in the future."
Guoguo quickly nodded her head. Seeing that he wasn't going to eat, she took another bite and pushed the other bowl to him. "Brother, you eat it too."
Only then did Tangtang pick up the bowl and start eating together with her.
After having her fill, Guoguo relaxed on the chair, rubbed her tummy, and said heartlessly, "I'm so full. This is much more delicious than the nutrient solution we have been eating on the spaceship."
Tangtang responded positively. After that, he started to check their surroundings.
Guoguo also followed along.
Regardless of how they searched around, they could not find a door.
After searching for a long ti, they were too exhausted and ended up sitting down to check their surroundings.
Guoguo said, "Brother, why don't we call out our invisible robots?"

They checked the surroundings and Guoguo asked, "Brother, which way should we go?"
Tangtang stood there and thought about it. "Let's just choose one of the directions. If it's wrong, we'll make a detour."
Guoguo nodded her head.
They held hands and ran in the left direction.
However, they did not encounter a single lifeform along the way.
While both of them were still feeling fortunate, after running a few ters, a cold chanical voice sounded in all directions. "The prisoners have escaped. The prisoners have escaped. Everyone, get ready to capture the prisoners."
Subsequently, they heard the sound of footsteps coming from all directions.
Both their complexions turned ashen.
"Brother, what should we do?"
Tangtang pulled Guoguo's hand and turned back.
However, before they even started running, the ground beneath them disappeared from underneath them and they fell downwards.
"AHH-"
They originally thought they would fall to their deaths, but in the next second, they were in a large hall.
Within the hall were plenty of pillars emitting energy. In front of them was a staircase and there were many individuals up the stairs.
Their appearances varied from each other. So had horns on their forehead while others had pointed ears. There were also so that had wings on their back… but regardless of whoever it was, each and everyone one of them looked fierce. Their bodies also exuded a strong murderous aura.
Tangtang and Guoguo had never seen so many terrifying people and they were frightened by what they saw.
"Brother, Guoguo is afraid."
Tangtang protected her and stepped in front of her, so she was behind him, and looked up at the top of the stairs.
They were rather far from the top of the stairs and coupled with how the light illuminating this place was lacking, the whole place looked dark and eerie. One wouldn't be able to see the appearances of those further away clearly.
Just then, voices could be heard.
It just so happened that both of them could understand the language.
"It's unexpected that those human cubs from lower-level space possess ntal energy. It's good to keep them as pets."
"What's so good about keeping them as pets? I can crush them with a single finger."
"It's better to use them as feed for my actual pets. Even though they are on the smaller side, it's still at."
Tangtang and Guoguo trembled uncontrollably upon hearing their discussion.
"Brother, what should we do?"
"Don't be afraid. I won't let them hurt you."
The mont Tangtang said that, they could hear the sound of heavy footsteps coming from in front.
The footsteps were extrely loud, as if soone wearing high heels was stepping on marble flooring.
The clacking sound resounded throughout the whole place.
The lifeforms who were talking earlier imdiately kept their mouths shut and revealed a respectful posture.
Tangtang and Guoguo noticed that the whole atmosphere here had changed.
Guoguo looked upstairs and just so happened to see a red figure walking to the chair at the top and sitting down.
"Leader."
Everyone present apart from the twins greeted the woman in red.
"Brother, there is a sister seated at the highest seat." At the sight of this, traces of curiosity flashed past Guoguo's eyes and she said, "The rest called her Leader."
Tangtang was also looking up at this point in ti. Even though he did not have a clear view of the person's face, he could discern that it was a woman based on her silhouette.
The woman seed to have sensed their presence and looked in their direction. Her voice carried a bone-chilling effect. "Where did these two lifeforms co from?"
"Leader, they are human cubs we captured among the group of lower-tiered lifeforms."
"What are you keeping them alive for? Kill them."
"Yes!"
When a strong and robust-looking lifeform ca closer, Tangtang and Guoguo stood up hastily and looked at him warily.
Tangtang grabbed Guoguo's hand. "Sister, we'll summon our invisible robots together later. Don't be afraid."
"Brother, Guoguo doesn't want to die. Guoguo misses Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle, and Aunts."
"We won't die."
Tangtang's voice seed to contain a soothing effect. Guoguo suddenly thought of their dad and she nodded her head.
When the lifeform ca closer and reached out its hand with the intention to attack, both of them called out their invisible robots at the sa ti.
When the two invisible robots blocked the lifeform's attack, everyone standing above the stairs was stunned.
"They are in possession of such advanced invisible robots!"
"These types of robots can't possibly be created by lifeforms from a lower civilization."
"Could it be that soone from the advanced civilization traveled to the lower civilization?"
"Not everyone is capable of such advanced technology!"
"I'll go and test out the two robots."
" too." When they saw several lifeforms joining in on the fight, Tangtang grabbed Guoguo's hand and continuously retreated.
After they had retreated a certain distance away, Tangtang secretly said to Guoguo, "Guoguo, run."
With that, he started running while pulling her along.
Just then, soone standing next to the woman said, "Leader, the two human cubs ran away."
The masked woman who was sitting there looked on coldly at the two small figures running away. She stood up and headed in their direction.
Soone wanted to tag along, but she said without even looking back, "Don't follow ."
With that, she disappeared without a trace.
Tangtang grabbed Guoguo's hand and ran straight ahead.
Around them were ice-cold pillars and a spacious area. They had run for quite so ti and unexpectedly, no one was chasing after them.
However, precisely because of this, they felt even more afraid of what was to co.
It was not known how long they had run for, but Tangtang suddenly stopped.
As he was pulling along Guoguo, the mont he stopped, Guoguo bumped into him.
Tangtang staggered and took a step forward due to the recoil. He quickly steadied himself and tightly grabbed Guoguo's hand and looked at the masked woman in red standing before them.
The woman looked at them and a cold smile curved up on her lips. "Why aren't you running anymore?"
Tangtang protected Guoguo behind him and asked with a taut expression, "Who are you?"
The woman scoffed and said, "A little human cub dares to speak to in that tone? You're courting your death."
Having said that, a weapon appeared in her hands.
The weapon was aid at Tangtang's head.
At the sight of the weapon, Guoguo got a fright and shouted, "Don't kill my Brother!"
With that, she ran and stood in front of Tangtang, stretched out her hand, and blocked him behind her. She then said to the woman, "Don't kill my brother!"
"Hmph! You can die first then."
The woman pulled the trigger.
BANG!
BAM!
During the split second when Guoguo's ntal energy deflected the bullet, the woman suddenly revealed an ambiguous smile. "Interesting. You're so young and yet, you possess such powerful ntal energy."
Having said that, the weapon in her hand disappeared, and she approached the two of them.
The ntal energy she radiated quickly spread around the surroundings and caused a distortion in the objects around them.
Tangtang and Guoguo had never witnessed such powerful ntal energy and all their organs were hurting.
Blood trickled out from the corners of their lips and when their bodies were about to explode due to the powerful ntal energy, another powerful energy interfered.
The woman turned around and directly fought with the man who appeared at the side.
"Cough, cough… Brother, it hurts so much."
The mont the ntal energy was no longer concentrated on them, Guoguo fell to the ground. She held her chest with a deathly pale complexion.
Tangtang's condition wasn't any better either. After he coughed a few tis, he also knelt on the ground and tightly hugged Guoguo. He copied how their father would comfort Guoguo and stroked her back. "Guoguo, don't be afraid. Soone is here to save us."

Just then, Guoguo also looked over.

Tangtang also noticed the change. However, he was unable to identify what was the difference.
At this mont, the two parties who were engaged in the fight launched a fist attack, and both their bodies were pushed back due to the recoil.
Shortly afterwards, the woman's slightly excited voice could be heard. "It seems like you attach great importance to these two human cubs. As long as you promise to be my boy toy, I'll let them off."
Junge said with indifference, "In your dreams."
