Alexander read the mission and imdiately understood the task as he was familiar with it. Each country has a constitution and a country couldn't exist without it. Well a country could exist but a state couldn't function effectively, and sooner or later, it would fall into anarchy. He wouldn't want that.

Preamble:

We, the people of Valoria, under the leadership of our Sovereign Ruler, Alexander Herald von Triesenberg, establish this Constitution to ensure unity, strength, and prosperity for our nation.

Section 1: The Legislative Assembly shall consist of 150 mbers appointed by the Sovereign Ruler.

Section 2: The Legislative Assembly's primary function is to propose and debate laws, which must then be approved or vetoed by the Sovereign Ruler.

Section 3: The Legislative Assembly may be dissolved at any ti by the Sovereign Ruler.

Article III: The Executive Council.

Section 1: The Executive Council is composed of ministers appointed by the Sovereign Ruler, each overseeing a specific departnt of the governnt.

Article V: Rights and Duties of Citizens.

Section 1: Citizens of Valoria are entitled to protection, education, and opportunities for advancent.

Section 2: Citizens have the duty to remain loyal to the state and the Sovereign Ruler, contributing to the nation's prosperity and security.

Section 3: Any act of treason or rebellion against the state or the Sovereign Ruler shall be t with the severest punishnt.

Article VI: National Security.

Section 1: The Sovereign Ruler commands the military forces of Valoria, ensuring the defense and security of the nation.

Section 2: The military is obligated to protect the state, enforce laws, and maintain order under the direct command of the Sovereign Ruler.

Section 3: The establishnt of a strong intelligence network to safeguard the state against internal and external threats is mandated.

Article VII: Economic and Social Developnt.

Section 1: The state shall foster economic growth through strategic planning, resource managent, and technological advancent.

Section 2: Social developnt programs, including healthcare, education, and public welfare, shall be implented to enhance the quality of life for all citizens.

Section 3: The Sovereign Ruler shall oversee all economic and social policies, ensuring alignnt with the national vision.

Article VIII: Andnts.

Section 1: Andnts to this Constitution may be proposed by the Legislative Assembly but require the approval of the Sovereign Ruler to be enacted.

Section 2: The Sovereign Ruler reserves the right to unilaterally and the Constitution as deed necessary for the state's interests.

Article IX: Final Provisions.

Section 1: This Constitution shall be the supre law of Valoria, and any laws, decrees, or actions contrary to it are null and void.

Section 2: The Sovereign Ruler is the ultimate interpreter of this Constitution.

Alexander reviewed the constitution, and he found it satisfying. And so he set it as the country's new constitution and the system ssage prompted again.

Waving that notification away, Alexander focused on the governnt structure tab and there he finally knew its purpose. There he could see what and who holds a position in the governnt, and there is even a tab in it where it allowed him to autofill positions.

When he tapped on that autofill tab, a system displayed another interface, which showed the Legislative Assembly mbers, and there were all blanks. But there are positions and roles shown.

But there is nothing to be shocked about in the first place as he rembered that he has a total of 15,000,000,000,000 funds. A billion wouldn't even dent the massive amount he possessed.

The interface flickered as the nas began to populate the previously blank fields. Alexander watched with keen interest as the key positions were filled with individuals who would soon shape the legislative future of Valoria.

"Wait, that's it?" Alexander looked around, wondering where all these newly appointed officials were located. As if sensing his question, the butler cleared his throat to get Alexander's attention.

"Your Excellency, the mbers of the Legislative Assembly are currently in the Legislative Assembly Hall of the Volkshalle."

"Wait what?" Alexander turned around and faced the butler. "Wait you an to say that in my residence, there is a Legislative Hall?"

"Yes, your excellency" the butler replied. "The Volkshalle is designed to house not only your private quarters and administrative offices but also the central hubs of governance, including the Legislative Assembly Hall. Would you wish to visit them?"

Alexander thought about it for a second and shook his head. "No, I'll et them later. Do you have a na?"

"I have a na, Your Excellency, My na is Sebastian. But if you don't like my na, you can change it with anything you want."

Alexander humd. "Hmm…I won't change your na. In fact, it quite suits you."

"Thank you, Your Excellency," Sebastian bowed reverently.

"Please do not bow, I am not accustod to it…" Alexander said, beckoning him to raise his head.

"Your Excellency, you were a royalty in your country and yet you aren't accustod to this gesture?"

"Well, I'm a bastard son who never received respect or recognition. In fact, I'm not even treated as a royal prince," Alexander replied bitterly, and Sebastian could sense his discomfort.

"I see, Your Excellency. Rest assured, you will receive the respect you deserve from your subjects here in Valoria."

Alexander appreciated Sebastian's words but quickly shifted his focus back to the system who already had another mission.
