The night air was gentle, not too cold, providing a refreshing coolness on the skin.

Maple Forest Clearing.

Shami was preparing the charcoal fire, surrounded by party essentials.

Wooden chairs, a small wooden bar top filled with food, fruits, snacks, and drinks.

A swarm of fireflies gathered under the Old Tree Spirit’s canopy. Shami quickly covered them with a net, tied it, and hung it under the tree branches.

There were seven or eight small nets, each filled with fireflies with glowing tails.

Indeed, these were the ambiance lights for tonight.

[Never thought an old fellow like could join a party... cough cough...]

Shami stroked the tree trunk, chuckling softly, "Of course. You’re a new addition to our group."

Those who don’t consu party resources are forever welco at parties, unable to keep up with tis, Mr. Old Tree Spirit; this is what Tree Spirits can’t comprehend—the insidiousness of human nature.

[Shami arranged the entire party by himself... not bad...]

[Hmm... the Elf Maiden and Hero Maiden seem to have arrived... cough cough...]

[Even the Sli Jelly was invited... cough cough...]

[Let guess who wasn’t invited to the party... it must be that Bone Fra... cough cough...]

"Oh, I invited it too, but I have no clue where it wandered off to."

Shami thought since it’s a party, the more the rrier, but after a look around, the skeleton was nowhere to be seen.

The temperature tonight was wonderfully comfortable, not even grilling would make you sweaty.

Using simple villager skills, he quickly crafted chairs, a wooden bar table, plus hammocks and swings previously redesigned under Lureya’s direction.

Shami felt like this was already resembling a sumr camp.

He lit the charcoal, preparing to start grilling.

At this mont, two maidens walked in from outside the forest, as the lv.3 Spirit Protection Array enveloped the Maple Forest Clearing, Lureya, the golden-haired elf, and Lina, the white-haired hero, arrived.

Shami glanced over and noticed the two maidens were dressed quite lightly.

The golden-haired elf wore a silk elf skirt, its hem only reached mid-thigh, while her slender legs were adorned with black over-the-knee socks.

The white-haired hero donned a short sleeve on her upper body, paired with shorts also ending at mid-thigh, her long, proportioned legs wore thin white knee-high stockings faintly revealing her skin.

"Perfect timing, I’m starting to grill, grab sothing to eat." Shami called out.

In the dim night, Lina’s gaze was first drawn to the firefly lanterns hanging from the Wisteria Tree Spirit’s branches, before she looked at the surroundings.

Though simple, it was evident it took heart to arrange.

"Is there really a welco party for ?"

The maiden asked Shami a bit shyly.

But her voice was too soft.

Instantly drowned out by so elf’s noisy clamor.

"Did you arrange all this, Shami? Not bad! You have a bit of the essence of a host. No wonder I put on a hint of makeup to co."

Lureya was quite pleased with the setup.

"No wonder I felt sothing was off about you. Why suddenly put on makeup to attend, isn’t it just a regular gathering?"

"Absolutely not. A maiden must always be prepared for a dance invitation from gentlen at parties."

"Keep scenes like that in your dreams. Look how natural Lina is."

The white-haired maiden nervously shrugged her shoulders, hurriedly, pursing her lips adorned with lipstick.

Ah, who would’ve thought... she too applied so makeup after all...

Before long, the skeleton appeared from sowhere.

"Where did you wander off to just now?" Shami asked.

Examining the skeleton before him, it seed quite strange, much newer than before.

"Went to the creek over there to wash my body, especially polished the bones, since who knows what might happen. It’s a party after all, eventually, it ends with a ○○ session."

"Totally impossible! What kind of party are you talking about?"

The two maidens, fragrant with scented shower gel, blushed simultaneously.

That’s impressive!

Lively bantering.

The at on the grill was almost ready.

The party officially began.

But it started off with an awkward atmosphere.

The white-haired hero noticed no activity around her while grilling a piece of at.

Recalling her Elf Race image, Lureya awkwardly munched on fruit beside her.

Shami was grilling at, the Tree Spirit naturally wouldn’t act, the Sli was eating tree sap, and the skeleton was watching the burning embers.

Under such circumstances, how could the maiden eat grilled at!

Lureya was quite displeased.

An entire night of anticipation for the grilled at party, only to be nibbling on fruit on the side.

Yet, as a Fallen Human Race maiden, even with her hero status, her words lost credibility among the Human Race.

The elf maiden, eager to try the grilled at, yet hesitant, feeling really conflicted inside.

If only Lina weren’t here, Shami could grill non-stop until she was full.

The golden-haired maiden cast a resentful look at the white-haired maiden.

Lina dared not take action.

"The at is cooked, go ahead, why aren’t you eating?"

Shami looked at Lina curiously.

"Seems like I am the only one eating."

Lina blinked bashfully.

"The Elf Race doesn’t eat at..."

[Tree Spirits generally don’t eat at... Think about it, how could a tree eat at, haha cough cough cough cough cough...]

"Don’t suddenly cough so violently while saying such things! Are you dying?!"
