Currently, Mimi already had a clear plan of what she wanted. Hopefully, she would be able to find at least one of them within this Sacred Sanctuary.

The first—and by far the most important—item on her wish list was this: Arcane Blood Art.

[Arcane Blood Art]

Rarity: Epic

Type: Passive

Description:

This forbidden art was conceived by Sophia Noctivara Dracula, a demi-goddess and progenitor of the vampire race. It is said that Sophia, fascinated by the essence of mortality, sought to transcend the divide between life and death.

"Blood is the river of power. In its flow lies life, in its sacrifice lies eternity."

From this creed was born the Arcane Blood Art—a dark gift that intertwines a practitioner’s very soul with their lifeblood. Through it, mana ceases to exist as a separate force, becoming one with blood itself, amplifying vitality while demanding sacrifice. Few dare to learn it, for the cost is high, but those who succeed are said to beco living vessels of inexhaustible power.

Effect:

Upon acquiring this skill, the user no longer possesses mana in the conventional sense. Instead, all MP and MP regeneration are permanently absorbed into their blood, rging directly with their HP and HP regeneration at a fixed rate that improves with the skill’s level.

From that mont onward, any act that requires mana—whether casting spells, activating enchanted artifacts, or sustaining arcane techniques—will draw upon the user’s HP instead. The higher the skill’s level, the more efficient and less costly this blood-fueled casting becos.

Conversion Rate:

Level 1: 1 MP → 1 HP

Level 10: 1 MP → 10 HP

HP Cost for Spells:

Level 1: Spell HP cost = Original MP cost × 20

Level 10: Spell HP cost = Original MP cost × 5

If Mimi could learn this skill, it would change everything. She would finally have a way to completely bypass one of the most crippling effects of the Sixfold Sacred Suppression!

The Curse 4th effect: the mana cost of all spells increased tenfold!

By replacing mana with HP, that curse would beco aningless!

Of course, the art was not without its dangers. Using HP as a substitute for mana was a double-edged sword, one sharp enough to cut down its wielder. Every spell cast would shave away a portion of her life, and reckless overuse could very well kill her before the enemy even had the chance.

And not to ntion, at the lower levels of the skill, the conversion rate was quite painfully inefficient, consuming vast amounts of HP for even the simplest spell. The early stages of mastering this ability would be brutal, demanding caution and discipline if she didn’t want to collapse from her own casting.

Still, even with that risk, it was undeniably better than being unable to use magic at all!

With this, she would at least have a fighting chance. And if she could endure, grow stronger, and level the skill up to its higher stages... the efficiency would skyrocket. At its peak, the Arcane Blood Art would make her a juggernaut, boasting an absurdly high HP pool and spellcasting ability that few could rival!

And that wasn’t all.

If she could one day learn Vampirism, the synergy would be nothing short of terrifying!

Every drop of damage she inflicted on her enemies would restore her HP, directly fueling her spellcasting. With that combination, she could sustain herself in battle endlessly, burning her blood for power, then drinking it back through the wounds of her foes!

It would be a cycle of destruction and renewal, a self-feeding loop that could make her virtually unstoppable.

Arventia’s in-ga formula for secondary stats is as follows:

HP = (STR × 150) (DEF × 50)

MP = (MAG × 20) (PER × 5)

HP Regen per minute = (STR × 0.2) (DEF × 0.1)

MP Regen per minute = (MAG × 0.4) (PER × 0.4)

The only difference between the ga and reality is HP regeneration. In the ga, it’s asured per second, but here, it’s calculated per minute.

Currently, Mimi’s stats are:

Strength = 42.63

Defense = 0.84

Magic = 0.04

Perception = 2

From these values, her secondary stats are:

HP = (42.63 × 150) (0.84 × 50) = 6,436 HP

MP = (0.04 × 20) (2 × 5) = 10.8 MP

HP Regen = (42.63 × 0.2) (0.84 × 0.1) = 8.61 HP/min

MP Regen = (0.04 × 0.4) (2 × 0.4) = 0.816 MP/min

Pretty tanky, actually!

Her HP pool had skyrocketed thanks to the boost from the Elysian Star Fruit that Draco had given her earlier, boosted further by her legendary skill: The Fated One. That fruit alone had turned her from a fragile little kitten into sothing that could actually take a hit or two without instantly collapsing.

That was exactly why she invested so many of her stats into HP. Not only did it keep her from dying easily, but it also increased her damage. And on top of that, she was already planning ahead to get Arcane Blood Art!

Even if she couldn’t find it here in the Sanctuary, she fully intended to obtain it naturally by clearing dungeons.

Of course... that ant grinding.

A lot of grinding actually.

The skill only dropped from the final boss of a 5-star dungeon, and the drop rate was, naturally, astronomically low.

So, Sanctuary of Ten Thousand Stars, please have it!!!

Well, actually, if Arcane Blood Art turned out to be unavailable, Mimi already had her second option in mind.

Necromancy!

The fifth and final effect of Sixfold Sacred Suppression was, by far, the deadliest:

Damage output is reduced by 10 fold

Damage received is increased by 10 fold.

In other words, if she tried to fight head-on, she’d barely be able to scratch her enemies while being in constant danger of dying from even the weakest attacks. A single stray blow could beco a fatal mistake!

And with that, what better solution than Necromancy?

Since the curse only affected her directly, there’s a good chance her undead summons would be completely unaffected. They could fight at full power, tearing down enemies while Mimi simply stayed at a safe distance and commanded them. A perfect strategy for survival!

Of course, necromancy skills were still rare... but nowhere near as rare as Arcane Blood Art. And if she couldn’t find a true necromancy spell, then any summoning skill that allowed her to call forth minions would be good enough.

And even if no necromancy skill was available—worst case scenario—she could always shift focus and pick up one of the most powerful support skills in the Sanctuary, sothing that would let her aid Emilia directly instead of fighting on her own.

With all these options in mind, Mimi brimd with confidence. One way or another, she was determined to make this trip to the Treasury Vault worth it!
