The white lamplight shone on Klaus. He was smiling like a regular everyday nice guy. After the Morning Star representative allowed Klaus to speak, he asked a question.

"The Caliburn X21 is a weapon that requires mana from its user, right? If so, how much mana output exactly does the user need to provide to activate the booster engine on the sword?"

Shane pursed his lips. "It depends on the user's needs. The greater your mana output, the stronger the boost will be."

"So you're saying there's no minimum limit?" asked Klaus.

Smiling widely, Shane said, "Yup. Users can customize the boost requirents of their weapons as they wish. You should channel more mana into the sword if you want a strong burst attack. That way, you can maximize the damage."

Klaus stroked his forehead. "This weapon depends completely on the user's mana capacity."

"That's right. The higher your class, the more likely you are to unleash this weapon's potential. We've tested it on awakeners in various classes. Those with A-class and above gave this weapon outstanding performance."

"That's like saying Caliburn X21 is ineffective for low-class fighters. They will be wasted if they use this weapon."

Naturally, Klaus' statent left everyone in the auditorium shocked. They looked at him with curious looks on their faces. If they looked at the market, weapons like the Caliburn X21 were utterly original. No one had ever made one before.

Providing a power boost equivalent to 10 S-Class fighters was an extraordinary thing. However, ordinary people might believe it, but seasoned experts knew it was a gimmick.

And Klaus knew it too.

"Sorry, pardon ?" Shane looked annoyed as he said the fact.

"This weapon won't do much in a fight, especially for fighters with middle and lower classes. They would probably die after swinging Caliburn X21 a few tis."

Naturally, Shane was furious. "What are you basing such a conclusion on. We've been doing trials and developnt for the past year before we brought it here. Please, don't make up nonsense that can't be accounted for."

The audience was glued to Klaus. They were curious why Klaus dared to make such a deaning statent. So people gave him disapproving looks.

Instead of worrying, he smiled. This was a mont to look forward to.

"Let's put it this way. As awakeners, we get separate roles because we have different characteristics. And the reason why fighters use lee weapons and fight in the front row is that they rely on physical strength."

Mumbling escaped the audience. So understood what Klaus was trying to say.

"I an," Klaus continued. "Most fighters have a small mana capacity. So even run out of mana imdiately after they use talents and elental manipulation once or twice. What's the point of using a powerful weapon if you run out of power after using it a few tis."

So of the audience were seen nodding. They agreed with Klaus.

He was trying to point out that fighters didn't have much mana in their bodies. At the sa ti, Caliburn X21 needed a lot of mana to maximize the damage. anwhile, roles that had a large mana capacity were Support and Caster.

When an awakener ran out of mana, they were exhausted, and their body beca weak to the point of being unable to move. If a fighter exhausted mana after launching two attacks, they would only slow down the party rather than contribute to the fight.

Of course, the exception was for the fighter of high-class awakeners such as S-Class and Top-Class. Although statistically, their mana capacity was small compared to other stats, when compared to the fighters with classes below them, they still had a large mana capacity.

"For that, we—"

"Sorry, Mister Shane. I know you want to answer this question. But the other participants are waiting."

Shane tried to give Klaus an explanation, but the ti was up. While the brown-haired man had to walk off the stage with a sour face, Klaus smiled broadly as he sat down.

Using the limited ti, Klaus made a poor judgnt about the competitor's product before they could make a defense.

This was Klaus' job at this expo. Alexa presented while he slamd the competitor's product. That way, his product would shine even brighter in the eyes of the audience.

"Yo, wasn't that a bit much, boss?" Sheila bit her lip as she said it.

"Yeah. It was Morning Star. I'm sure they're not happy to hear this. You know, they do a lot of stuff in Queens. Even though we're out of their territory, I think what you did is pretty risky." Jonathan felt the sa way as Sheila.

While his two n were worried, Klaus just smiled. "Take it easy. Everything will be fine."

Whether it was from Morning Star or House of Blacksmith, Klaus would drop their products as long as they were competitors. Anything was fine in the market ga.

"Lotuses look pretty because they're in the mud," Klaus muttered.

When Klaus grinned triumphantly, he had no idea that a man sitting on the opposite bench was staring at him with hatred.

The host called for another participation.

"Well, that was an amazing product. Now, we will call for representation from the next vendor. They are a guild dedicated to making quality weapons. Their products are number one in Arica and among the top 10 in the world. Let's welco, House of Blacksmith!"

The atmosphere changed. The audience applauded as a middle-aged man ca on stage. He had black ash hair and wore a neat suit in a brown coat. Just like the others, the man carried a suitcase.

Seeing the man's figure, Klaus imdiately recognized who he was. It was Richard Dickson, Guild Master of the House of Blacksmith.

"Guild Master? Does he have the ability to present?" Klaus was curious

Jonathan pursed his lips. "Last year and before they appointed soone else. I've never seen him do a presentation. It seems they want to put on a show by relying on the leader's face."

"Not really," Sheila contradicted Jonathan. "That man has an outstanding track record. Besides being an investor and entrepreneur, he's also an accomplished speaker."

Hearing the news, Klaus grinned. He couldn't wait to drop their products in front of the audience.

anwhile, the person they were talking about was standing on a stage under the lights, dozens of pairs of eyes watching him.

The man opened the suitcase and took out a shiny piece of tal. It was shaped like a heart with a pointed tip at the bottom. Its surface had unique engravings, and it glistened under the lights.
