After departing from the clearing when Mama had activated the Ritual that she was so eager to utilize, we made our way back out into the city and just began to walk around aimlessly at first, finding ourselves in the markets just looking around at whatever seed interesting.

There were so pretty dresses, flashy little silver pieces of jewelry, so seeds and mouthwatering treats, but nothing too impressive nor anything that I felt obligated to buy, least of all because of the single glaring fact that Inik was so easily walking with

hand in hand.

Feeling her wing behind , having her hand clasped over mine, seeing how confident and relaxed she looked as she just let

pull her in whichever direction seed the most interesting was more of what I wanted to see than any of the boring stalls around us.
