The War Mage System was designed to serve combat, or more specifically, systems in warti. Although these apprentices still had fear written on their faces when faced with the battlefield, their performance was exceptionally outstanding.

Various compound group buff spells that had been streamlined by Kael, making casting faster and the effects longer lasting.

The simple and effective "Luxius Hand" series of close to mid-range combat spells, which were designed to provide a certain advantage even in lee combat.

A series of specialized, instant-cast spells that took a lot of ti to learn, transforming them from traditional spell turrets into more agile "specialist mages."

The most obvious change was in the determination of "effective casting."

Due to the influence of this period's overall developnt of the mage system, traditional mages were generally moving in the direction of having more spells, wider coverage, and stronger damage.

But anyone familiar with the history of scientific developnt would know that as a system grows and matures, a barrier naturally forms, impeding further progress within the system once the amount of information required reaches a certain high level.

Humans had limits. Not everyone was a freak like Kael, who was "awakened."

No, correction. The part of Kael's body that was human only accounted for one-third, another third was Incubus, and the last third remained a mystery.

Under normal reproductive circumstances, such a ratio would be impossible.

This iron law also applied to the Divine Radiance Continent.

Assuming normal reproductive conditions, that is.

However, if the related bloodlines were adjusted postnatally, it was possible to beco like this.

Related thods existed within the body modification spells of the Necromancy School; each of these spells generally carried the prefix "forbidden."

Even Kael, with his partially player-like traits, couldn't change the fact that he had to spend an enormous amount of ti continually absorbing new knowledge.

In other words, the mage profession had now reached a point where an internal secondary division of developntal directions was necessary to reduce the learning burden on mages.

In terms of sheer destructiveness, the War Mage system certainly couldn't compare to those mages who had specialized themselves extrely as spell turrets.

However, by reasonably dividing their future developntal paths, they reduced their learning costs, allowed their directional spells to synergize, and enhanced their lee combat abilities and mastery of instant-cast spells—

They were likely the only group of low-ranking mages within the sa level that had sufficient survivability and could still be effective in large-scale chaotic battles.

Barbarians charging out from the tribe waved their weapons, and the madness in their eyes made these young mages sowhat terrified...

As a result, their already fast spellcasting speed beca even faster.

This was probably the effect that actual combat pressure had on accelerating the body's potential developnt.

Dan, a knight under Kael's command, didn't quite understand what others thought, but he certainly realized the advantages of having War Mages present on the battlefield.

"Dan… Mr. Dan, you guys are charging too quickly. We're running out of Whole Battle Hands!"

A mage apprentice, who had already transitioned from an ordinary mage to a War Mage, and was not just studying War Mage principles, spoke with a crying tone.

Under normal circumstances, he would have already graduated by now.

After all, among the first batch of War Mage apprentices, the youngest ones were at least sixth-grade veterans now.

So of those who joined with relatively high grades back then could have beco assistants to teaching mages if they continued in the theoretical mage field.

Unlike him, who was still sticking to the identity of a mage apprentice, roaming the dungeon and border conflict areas while his forr classmates had already been assistants for over a year?

"Haha, kid, every ti you go out for training with us, you always have that miserable look. But when it really cos to a fight, you're the craziest one!"

Dan laughed wildly.

Raindrops the size of soybeans began to fall from the sky, soaking his sowhat sinister-looking horse.

Black flas burned on the horse's body, but these flas left no marks on Dan.

However, when he thrust his spear toward the Barbarian in front of him, the black flas exploded like a bomb upon penetrating the Barbarian's body.

The resulting chunks of flesh splattered around, burning with black fire and igniting the bodies of other enemies.

This horse was not a natural creature.

Kael had directly transford Dan's original horse into a Totem Creature using Totem Power, and after a costly modification, it beca what it was now.

In fact, from the perspective of its bloodline, it was arguable whether it could still be called a horse.

But in terms of power, this horse, which seed to have returned from hell, undoubtedly reached the Extraordinary Rank in challenge level.

This was a true masterpiece of Totem Power, created by Kael while verifying the developntal directions of Necromancy School spells and the Totem Power system, without relying on external forces, a truly transcendental rank modified life form.
