"Is this... an autonomous puppet?"
Flandre looked sowhat perplexed at the puppet that had descended from the sky. Could that terrifying attack really have been unleashed by an autonomous puppet?
"Yes, it cos from the technology of 'that place,' you know. I never refuse knowledge that can help grow stronger."
Kael gently stroked the hair of the brought-over autonomous puppet. The puppet, touched by Kael, showed no expression, only lifting its head to look at Kael before returning under his control to the tal case surrounding the Deep Space Throne.
"How about that? It's quite realistic, isn't it?"
Kael whispered with a light laugh.
"Is this really a matter of being realistic?" Flandre responded, sowhat at a loss for words.
"As a chanical Mage, having so puppet-making skills is normal, right?"
"Alright, alright... let's just go with that."
Flandre's gaze shifted towards the Titan Giant, whose body was mostly engulfed by Black Sun. She raised her hand, and the Holy Spear Stanisole imdiately transford into a teor, swirling into the Black Sun.
It was then that Kael realized that Flandre had been maintaining the posture of launching the Holy Spear all along.
His face ward slightly as he said softly,
"Don't worry, I'm not the type to overreach. If there's no chance, I'll definitely hide behind you all at the first opportunity, seeking protection."
Flandre nodded her head.
It wasn't long before the Black Sun disappeared, leaving only the Holy Spear emitting a reddish-gold glow standing at the very center of where the Black Sun had been.
Flandre lifted her hand, and the Holy Spear turned into lightning, returning to her hand.
"Here you go, the Titan Giant still has a lot of valuable stuff on it. It would sowhat waste to completely destroy it."
Flandre grabbed the spearhead, twisted it gently, and took out a golden yellow jar from her space equipnt. She aid the connecting part of the spearhead at the jar.
Soon, red crystals solidified and fell at the connection.
"Bloodline Essence... You should know this, Kael. It is one of the important sources of strength for curse swordsn and also crucial for creating monsters' specialties.
Of course, in most cases, we don't randomly wield our swords against races other than monsters.
After all, the specialties of monsters already ensure an inexhaustible source of Bloodline Essence for our curse swordsn today, there is no need to make enemies of the entire world."
Kael nodded, showing his understanding.
The bloodline of monsters is also a bloodline, just as the bloodlines of other mainstream races on the continent are.
There never existed a notion that races like the Titan Giants, Elves, Dwarfs—who possess intelligence similar to Humans—would not be considered sources of Bloodline Essence.
It's just... they do not want to provoke a mass backlash.
Of course, such concerns are unnecessary when it cos to the race of Titan Giants.
Although the Titan Giants had a dazzling civilization in the distant epochs, for the civilizations of later eras, Titan Giants are more like creatures from mythological tales.
Perhaps, due to the intense dissatisfaction or even resentnt that many races, which drove the Titan Giants out of the mainstream inhabited areas, held towards them during those tis—or perhaps due to issues inherent to the Titan Giants themselves—this race received extrely polarized evaluations in later eras.
So people regard the ancient Titan Giants more akin to Earth Guardians, who, over long and distant years, silently protected the origins of various civilizations' fires, allowing many races' ancestors to thrive and grow stronger.
Others, however, consider the Titan Giants to be actual Earth Destroyers.
Their imnse size alone ant that even re movent across the surface of the earth caused incessant tremors.
Should they start to sprint wildly, everything in their path would be left in disarray, possibly even altering the original landscape into sothing else.
This innate destructive power didn't depend on their rcy towards the creatures beneath their feet; the reality was that as long as this race lived on the earth, they were bound to bring catastrophic impacts to most races.
Destroying you, what does it have to do with you?
That's probably the best way to describe those civilizations that were affected or even destroyed during the battles involving the Titan Giants.
Strength is a synonym for Titan.
The term 'Evil Earth Destroyer' also serves as a synonym for Titan Giants.
These are not contradictory.
What's more important is that in the countless myths that have survived to this day, there are always legends that involve extracting imnsely useful materials from the bodies of slain Titan Giants for "heroes."
Over ti, the act of killing Titan Giants to obtain vast resources has beco akin to Dragon Slayers, where instead of being criticized, it beca a way to prove one's great strength.
"The Holy Spear, specially modified by my father (Lion Heart), incorporates a heavy blood-draining effect. Even if the enemy isn't directly wounded by the Holy Spear, it can still extract blood from their wounds and solidify it into Bloodline Essence."
"This was the simplest thod by which my father could continuously produce a vast army of curse swordsn for the Yibel Federation before its establishnt..."
"But in recent years, there have not been many occasions needing the Holy Spear to be bloodied."
