Since that incident, the rules for entering Dungeons had changed.
Without the permission of the local Lord or specific persons, carrying a specially issued pass with a strand of the world’s will, it would be extrely difficult for an ordinary person to pass through the "Gate to the Underworld" to enter the Dungeon directly.
