Lily only felt a tug on her hand and stumbled back to her standing position, her face unconsciously flushing with heat. She heard Kael chuckle and say,

Seemingly embarrassed by her current behavior, Lily’s voice faltered for a mont.

Only students like Kael and Lily, who were personally taught by Luxius, could utterly disregard his imposing aura.
As ti passed, the amphitheater gradually filled with people.
At that mont, two exchange mages dressed distinctly from those of the Mage Academy entered, chatting and laughing.
Judging by their age, they were clearly not students; even with a few years of graduation, they wouldn’t have such a bearing.

He didn’t sense any high concentration of Spiritual Power from them. Even the stronger one of the two, who had reached the Extraordinary Rank in his profession, emitted a Spiritual Power that had rely stepped onto the threshold of the Extraordinary Rank.
The old mage leading the delegation from the Zelda Islands had already arrived at the venue, even chatting jovially with Luxius.

Kael realized, understanding that they were the young, promising mages brought along to make a show of strength for the mages from the Zelda Islands.
Honestly, attaining such strength at their age was quite comndable.
But Kael was different. Now at the Academy, anyone who had even a slight interaction with Kael was either a bona fide Mage lecturer or a successful and promising Mage student.
This included Luxius’s direct disciples, like the prodigious girl Lily, as well as Nobles with ample family support, such as Harry.
Over ti, his perspective had broadened significantly. Kael was confident that both Lily and Harry would completely outclass the mage at his current age and stand on their own on the path of a Mage.
Especially Lily. Kael rembered clearly that during the battle in the Dungeon, Lily’s sustained chanting and the special Spell that unleashed a distinct force field undeniably showcased her benchmark precision in casting Magic.
The more he understood the realm of Magic, the more he realized that this talent—being able to segregate the casting process into various nodes and release the Spell in the most standardized manner—represented a degree of "perfectionism that bordered on the absurd."
It also provided Kael insight into the genius of Lily. Unlike his own extravagantly powered and family-backed way of throwing bricks with massive Magic Strength, Senior Sister Lily belonged to the more orthodox sort, thodically pursuing her Magic studies.
The downside was that, due to her particular learning style, she did not possess the boundless imagination Kael had, nor did she constantly think about employing Magic for flashy tricks.
But the advantages were undeniable, and perhaps even more beneficial for a Mage.
Her Foundation was extrely solid, and the stability and precision of her spellcasting were nothing short of exemplary.
From the perspective of a native, such a Mage was able to learn and integrate the knowledge and expertise of other Mages much faster, making it her own.
The more Kael compared her to the mages from the Zelda Islands, the more he felt that Lily was indeed a rare Mage genius.
He glanced around the venue nonchalantly and observed one of the two mages eyeing the front row of the classroom with a peculiar look.
He didn’t mind. It was Mr. Luxius who had invited him to attend today, otherwise he would likely be in the library, borrowing a batch of other mages’ experiences and techniques for mutating a certain Magic Model, along with thirty to forty Magic Books before promptly leaving.
But today, it seed Mr. Luxius was keen on introducing his prized pupil to others and had insisted that Kael be there to watch.
