"And then the War of the Gods broke out." 2A sighed and said, "These people are really one conspiracy after another, truly no sincerity at all. Communicating with them is exhausting. One always has to guard against being deceived."
"Regarding this, perhaps those bigwigs have their own considerations." Aister chuckled softly.
Compared to before, Aister now seed more emotional and lively. If Kael were still awake at this mont, he would be surprised at how eloquent Aister had beco.

2A shook his head again: "Don't these people worry their judgnt might be wrong? If it is, it could derail the entire plan."
Aister denied: "This is the Governor's judgnt, it won't be wrong."
"He has also erred, for instance... does he know that Her Eminence Helois and the Titan Floating City could be pinned down by Evil Gods in the void? Did he know that if it weren't for Lord Lily using the Twin Mage Tower to control part of the Divine Right of the Weave to suppress the Ether Spear, the Titan Floating City might have beco a refugee in the Star Realm? Did he know Lady Olivia might die?" 2A said quietly.
"...But didn't everyone survive? Including you."
"But now, I am the only one left who can act." 2A leaned back against the transfer station, his tone very calm.
At the peak of the Titan Floating City, it had over 210,000 inhabitants. On the day it was pinned in the void by the Ether Spear, if not for Her Eminence Helois pre-emptively deciding to transport all residents and professionals to the battlefield below, the preceding starry storm would have rendered almost all ordinary people into two-dinsional portraits, spare from the few whose status approximated that of deities.
They had no resistance, and would have been obliterated under a strike of dinsional reduction, leaving the void where the "Titan" Floating City lingered covered in scattered "shreds of paper," the bloodless corpses of its inhabitants.
"Aister" sighed silently: "You seem sowhat upset?"
"No, it's difficult for to feel sad for people I've never t, it just doesn't seem worthwhile, that's all. Her Eminence Helois spreading his Protection over the continent was intended as a good gesture.
But looking at it now, perhaps after more than a decade, those Protections have already caused significant upheaval among humans... after all, the gifts and power of the King of Magic!"
2A retrieved a bottle of wine from the cabinet in the control room, expertly twisted off the cap, then began to gulp down the drink, saying:
"Isn't it laughable? This city is already an empty city, yet the wine in the cabinet remains. A grain of dust from the era landing on an individual's head might as well be a mountain, except it just so happens to be called war.
Not everyone is the Sun Monkey, even the monkey needed a bald master to tear the seal and leave the Five-finger Mountain, only to end up donned with a golden band shortly after."
"...Sorry, 2A, I don't quite understand."
"It's alright, as long as I understand. But it doesn't matter, Caesar apparently wasn't a qualified father, but was he not a qualified leader?"
"Aister" let a sli tentacle fall through the shell of the Floating City down to the control room, swaying slightly, and said in a low voice:
"Yes, both I and Her Eminence Helois think he's a stubborn old-fashioned parent. If he were the head of a noble family, he'd surely be one of the worst villains of the age.
Domineering, authoritarian, protective yet also overly rule-bound, he won't give other noble families a chance to take action. Ordinary people facing such a person are truly unlucky.
But he happens to be in the most suitable position."
2A swirled the wine bottle and drank it all in one go: "But isn't he the Governor of the Bell Federation?"
"Aister" smiled: "Yes, and so he is a despot, a decisive politician, a protector of the Steel Alliance's people, and a guardian of the rules. Moreover, I've told Her Eminence Helois this as well."
"Can the Weave Network connect to him?"
"Of course, do you need to contact him now?"
"No... thinking it over carefully, let's just wait for now, let have a mont of peace."
"No problem, just follow your own plan, as after all... you have a part of the authority too."
"Haha~ no need to speak of headless and tail-less things, how could I possibly have authority over the Titan Floating City."

To put it bluntly, anyone who masters the Divine Right of the Weave will directly ascend to possessing mighty divine power, for even without relying on the mages' faith, the Weave itself has already beco as essential as air to mages and most spellcasters.
Ceasing to draw knowledge and power from the Weave ans hundreds of impedints for their growth, beyond just minor setbacks.
Yet, Kael faces an awkward situation: the Divine Right of the Weave itself seeks intensely to corrupt the divine beings, provoking doubts whether those who inherit it truly control it, or are instead controlled by it.
