Resurrection and eternal life, the eternal topic of the Necromancers' research domain, has always been approached with ambitious exploration of the Divine Domain by generations of Necromancers.

However, if such a domain could be breached so easily, there wouldn't be so much separation between life and death.

Kael read Rudelson's "Annotations on the Book of the Dead · Selection 13", and its banishnt is hardly surprising.

Throughout the book, the content dwells on the verge of moral conception, exuding a feeling of spiritual pollution. Reading it too much either subjects one to Rudelson's destruction-filled worldview or seduces one into believing his anti-Human magic theory.

In regard to the attitude towards Necromancy Monarch Rudelson, the Holy Briania took so appropriate actions.

This fellow is devoted to transforming the entire world into a Netherworld place.

Simply put, he wants to reverse the line between life and death in his own way.

Turning the vibrant world into an Undead-dominated ocean, then transforming the lifeless realm of the Death God into the Domain of the living.

In this way, the boundary between life and death would be directly broken, giving him the opportunity to steal part of the authority from generations of the Death God and beco a true god in the human world.

As for the approach, it involves using the continent as a chessboard, regions full of living beings as the base of the Netherworld Refining Array, using countless living and dead as sacrifices to activate the Netherworld Refining Array, and the earth's spiritual veins throughout the world as the energy network.

If successful, the continent would face a real catastrophe.

Hmm... provided it succeeds.

Indeed, at first, Rudelson struck so decisively that so forces beca sacrifices to the Undead Ocean under his command before they could react.

But as more and more forces realized what was happening, they quickly organized a hunt for Necromancy Monarch Rudelson.

In such circumstances, even with Rudelson's awe-inspiring reputation, he couldn't protect himself from the attacks of various forces, and ultimately died under judgnt at the Holy Mountain, along with the widespread distribution of his "Annotations on the Book of the Dead · Selection 1-13," which were extensively traced and destroyed by various forces.

It wasn't until recent years that a Necromancy Monarch successfully deciphered the foundational theories of "Annotations on the Book of the Dead · Selection 1-13" using his own magic theory, proposing practical and effective targeted solutions. The book gradually transford from a banned book to one permitted for viewing by mid-to-high-level Mages.

However, even though mid-to-high-level Mages are allowed to view it, reading this book still requires approval from many reviewers.

After all, Rudelson's research material is too dangerous; no one knows if careless reading might create another Rudelson.

Hmm, as a bona fide book of necromancy spell research, it's ten tis harder for Necromancers to apply for reading "Annotations on the Book of the Dead · Selection 1-13" compared to Mages from other schools.

Thus, even though "Annotations on the Book of the Dead · Selection 1-13" no longer carries the na of a banned book, it retains the substance.

Especially Selection 13, which reveals a flavor of "cannibalism" and "blasphemy" between the lines, Kael felt a strong sense of madness just by looking at its content.

Clearly, Rudelson the Mage, in his later years, possibly couldn't bear the burden of destroying everything, leaving his ntal state questionable.

Reportedly, when Rudelson Monarch was ceaselessly destroying all forces obstructing him, he was besieged by top professionals from various forces, hardly putting up much resistance, relying solely on his army of the undead to cause significant trouble for his besiegers.

So Necromancy School Mages even suggested that Rudelson Monarch actually hoped for soone to stop him, hence he deliberately abandoned so resistance.

Otherwise, given Rudelson Monarch's strength, truly fighting to the last, the casualties among various forces might have doubled, which would be perfectly normal.

He sighed.

The current situation has beco complicated.

Anderson and Ophie have a romantic relationship, and if one day sothing happened to Elanna, Kael might similarly try every ans to keep his beloved by his side forever.

Regardless of morality, it is driven by emotion.

This is why Kael once told Caesar Governor upon eting that his philosophy differs greatly from Caesar Governor's.

Caesar Governor seems to embody soone who, for the future of the Yibel Federation, could use himself as a pawn.

Whereas Kael...

He doesn't dismiss the idea of justice; he rely focuses his gaze on his small family first, ensuring its welfare before considering if there's a chance to fulfill greater righteousness.

Thus he can sowhat understand the choice of his student, Anderson.

But understanding doesn't an endorsing.

The deeper the love, the easier one falls into the trap of resurrection.

Kael actually knows that although most theories in "Annotations on the Book of the Dead · Selection 1-13" have been refuted or unraveled, the Mage Academia has never entirely denied the resurrection and eternal life content noted within "Annotations on the Book of the Dead · Selection 1-13."
