anwhile, Alex was feeling a throbbing pain in his body, no, it wasn't his body.
'It's my soul!' Thought Alex as he recognized where the pain was coming from.
The sensation seed to be contrary to when the forr Alex and Jack's souls fused.
Now, it felt as if his soul was being ripped apart, with sothing new being introduced and integrating within him.
Fortunately, the process didn't take long, and monts later, he felt his soul being stitched back together. After it was complete, he collapsed on the ground, breathing sharply.
